Perfect Aim Video and Lesson Phoenix

Hi there Joey,

I have 4 game levels. One where the blood sugar is to high, one too low,one where it was too high or low for awhile and has worn me out being that way for too long and one that is just right. It's really hard to regulate because sleep, diet and stress all affect the play. My goal is to figure out how to keep it just right.

Right now I have been working out to try and get this body in better shape. I mean really good shape. Pool is a very physical sport. I feel that if I can get a little more lean and mean I can get through a tournament without such highs and lows mentally and physically. Those out there that are diabetic will understand.

The most exciting news though Joey is I have remembered something that made the way I aimed in the 70's,80's and 90's a winner in so many tournaments. I was so excited I called 5 of my good friends that I share everything with and had them try it. To their amazement it worked for them as well as it worked for me. This is very simple to do and when a person teams this up with Perfect Aim the results are phenominal. I can't wait everyday myself to go to the poolroom and work on it some more.

Joey, give me a call so I can make it 6 friends that I have shared this with because I want to see if it does the same for you that it did for us. I'm sure it will. You won't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I get the down good before the tournament my blood sugar won't matter. Once you know this you will see what I mean....

Call me tonight. Can't hardly wait to tell you. Geno..............

what's that? think i smell another dvd on the way...

Hi there Brian,

Just kidding. In 1977 is when I really started Perfect Aim. I didn't call it anything except me trying to beat everyone I played. And back then I did a pretty good job of it. All I played back then was bar table.

I would go into a pool hall and play someone on the 9'er for $5 as game. I'd lose $30.00 and would have everyone chasing me to play. I already had a line on the top 5 players in that town so I would usually let the number 5 player on the list cut me out from the herd and take me to a bar to win my money. Depending how much money I figured out this guy had I would make our playing last a day or 2. It was great. All this time I'm staying in dead punch by working my way up the ladder to number one. Usually the 2,3,4, and 5 players would round up some money to bet on the number 1 player. If I felt comfortable that I had a good game I took all bets.

There are a number of players that still remember what I would do. A player could still do this today but the expenses are too great. If I wasn't giving lessons there is no way I could afford to be doing this now. Staying on the road.

Anyway back to the Aiming. I was playing on one of these 9 footers which back then was very difficult for me. Everything I did was customized for the bar table. I found that by moving my head in a certain position I could actually make some of the long shots on the 9 footer. I incorperated this into my bar table aiming and became a very dangerous player.

I thought I had just figured out something that all the best players in the world must do. Road players would come up to wisconsin and play. Up until 1977 they were pretty successful. After that they usually went home broke. A couple of months later I would see their picture on the cover of some magazine for winning some big tournament. That was on the 9' tables. On the bar table they were on my turf.

In the 90's I started teaching some of the people I knew my little aiming technique. Their results were really good. By 99 I was so sick from undiagnosed diabetes that I had to quit pool.

In around 2005 I tried to play some down in Kansas City where I was working. I remembered my little technique with moving the head. I started teaching players down there Perfect Aim. It instantly improved the players ability to make shots.

I'll never forget when I showed Mike Banks Jr. We were at Side Pockets in Blue Springs , Mo. After I showed him his response was : I know the shot is going in the hole NOW>>>>

When I started my travels with Perfect Aim in May of 2009 I was already playing fairly well, but I just couldn't seem to get to the level that I knew at one time I was at. Sure I was winning some tournments and winning some matches but there was just something missing.

2 nights ago it happened. I was playing a young man named Josh in Indianapolis. The humidity was real high so if you touched the rail with the object ball it would hang up. Side by side you couldn't put 2 balls in a pocket. They are double or triple shimmed. I was just playing terrible. I was stuck one set and if I lost the next one obviously that would be 2. My better judgement told me not to play another but my heart said yes. Am I glad I did.

All of a sudden it was just like a bell went off. I was right back in time when I was doing this little extra thing that really put the iceing on the cake as far as playing like a maniac. I missed only 2 balls in a race to 11. I immediately wrote down what I had remembered. I was so afraid I would forget.

The next day I called 5 of my friends back home and told them what I had remembered because I wanted them all to see if it helped them. They all called me back almost immediately with the good news. Then the next day I got on the phone and talked to Joey A. A good friend of mine in the pool world out here. I'm still waiting for his reply but I think he will get the same results.

Tonight I played at Brickyard Billiards in Indy. I played Josh again. I started doing this extra thing and just totally dominated the match. Playing races to 9 on the bar table. This Josh can play. he did win one set. He put 6 racks on me and there was nothing I could do.

The last set we played he ran the first 3 racks. Next time he got to shoot it was 8 to 3. Final score was 9-3.

This is the final piece to my puzzle. As long as I do this I feel very confident. I can't believe I forgot this. But then again I can. This is why I made the Perfect Aim video originally so the player would never forget what they learned.

You see when I quit playing for a number of years there were many things that I forgot. I had to relearn things sometimes one at a time. Some came back quickly where others took a while. And how do you know if you forgot. If you don't remember it's almost like you never knew it.

What a fascinating game this pool is. I'm having the time of my life and loving every minute of it.

With this new weapon in my aersenal I feel totally confident again.

Look out everyone. The machine is back and I mean really back...........
I might even win another tournament soon.............

I will be giving this info to anyone that has bought the video for free with a simple call to myself. Plus ,anyone that buys the video in the future will recieve this info also with a phone call.

I want pool to thrive. I want everyone to play well. The better players play the more they want to. Perfect Aim puts players on the right track and now this new developement will make it better than ever.

THIS IS FREE INFO......... To Perfect Aim customers.

Just call me at 715-563-8712 let me know who you are and it will take about 3 minutes to explain.

And Brian make sure you call me yourself. Thanks again Geno.............

Don't think I got your last message.

Geno,

Could you check your PMs? I think it's easier to ask you a question I can describe in print, and I'm having trouble with something.

Thanks for any help! Really appreciate your video.

Hi there,
Just checking but I don't think I got your last message. Let me know for sure.

Thanks Again geno...............

Gene does do a good job of explaining and demonstrating his sighting recommendations, and people do seem to like him and his approach, but this stuff has been discussed quite a bit on the forums over the years. FYI, I have a summary of many of the highlights (with links to videos and other resources) here:

Hi there Dave,

Your 100% right. Some of this stuff has been discussed over the years. The stuff that has been discussed are things that I put in there to be used with the Perfect Aim principle. Nobody has ever put all the pieces together in an easy to understand video that everyone can learn from. The main meat with Perfect Aim is my own and not a copy of something from the past I assure everyone. If it was it would have been exposed a long time ago. The success so far with Perfect Aim stands by itself. It has done so much to improve so many players games over the past 6 months.

It works almost immediately for everyone once they understand how it works.

The 2 new things that I made available for free to anyone that has purchased a video have never EVER been seen or taught before.

The last new technique that I am sharing with all the Perfect Aim players is something that I did in the 80's and 90's. I mostly played bar table back then but if there was a calcutta I was usually top bid or close and I won most of them that I was in.

I used this old technique that I had forgotten and when I used it along with Perfect Aim I was deadly. When I would miss a ball I would be surprised. I used it in the tournament this weekend and beat 4 or 5 real good players pretty convincingly. 9-1 9-2 9-4 9-5 girl got 2 game spot and played well, and 9-2. My next match I was ahead 5-2. It was 1:30 AM in the morning and we started at 1:00PM. I ran out of gas, was a little tired and forgot to do this technique. I need to do it for a longer period of time so I don't have to keep thinking about it. it's easy to drift back to how you were doing it before. Especially when you get tired.

In fact I'm putting a name on this new technique. It is called the Drift Method. Just like Perfect Aim it is simple with GREAT results. Anyone can do it and after awhile it will become very natural and second nature.

Right now I have been on the road Promoting Perfect Aim and giving a bunch of lessons all over the country. Las Vegas,Phoenix,Denver,Des Moines,Galvaston,Florida,Baltimore,Virginia Beach, and now Indianapolis. It seems like every lesson I give sells about 5 more videos by word of mouth. That alone speaks for itself.

Right now we are trying to set up a deal with QVC or HSM to do Perfect Aim with people randomly on TV and show them how great it works immediately. Of course the tough part is not giving the secrets away while I'm showing them. We'll figure that out. But the main thing is it will show everyone how easy it is to learn and use. Like many other things out there you don't have work on it for 6 months to get results.

Once you understand the principles behind Perfect Aim players can learn to correct their aim all by themselves. That in itself is a great value.

I've had such a blast out here meeting so many good people. I've been away from home for 6 months but I feel right at home. There is such a warm feeling of acceptance in this world of pool.

I feel very fortuanate to be able to do what I'm doing and improving players abilities at every level of pool. From beginners to pros, everyone need to know this.

Right now I am heading back to Wisconsin to try to get on an intensive workout program. A very strict diet also. I love to play in the tournament and am having a stamina problem. In Jan 2009 I was diagnosed with diabetes. At that time I was 240 to 250 lbs. Right now I'm at about 170-175. I feel alot better but I have no endurance. Pool is very demanding mentally and physically. You have to have endurance. This is something you can't teach or buy. Just the old fashion way with hard work. If you want to play you have to pay with hard work and sweat.

Anyway, thanks for the info. I looked it over and there are bits and pieces of info in those things you put on here and they are good. But for $70.00 the Perfect Aim video is the best bang for the buck that any pool player can invest on himself. And if there are any questions they all have my number and they can just call and ask. I don't know of anyone else that does that. When they buy the video they buy myself also. Not just about Perfect Aim but anything.

Just ask some of them. At first there were few. Now there are many.

This all started out with one guy and a van heading to Vegas with an idea.

Some people thought I was crazy but some people think all of us pool players are crazy.

Anyway, back home to see what I can do with this broken down body of mine. Back to the body shop or should I say YMCA.

Have a great day Dave. Thanks for the input. Geno.................

Yeah...kinda. Although I would contend that Gene gives more concrete examples/drills, and describes it in a way that makes it easier to apply to every shot for beginning players.

Gene,

Would you be willing to describe "The Drift Method" to me in a PM? As you know from previous PMs, I did purchase Perfect Aim, but am willing to verify with my real name if needed. Plus, I'm backing you in these forums ;-)

Thanks!

For those of you who have never seen Geno play, I can speak from first hand information. I saw Geno play in Galveston. I've heard from TOP PLAYERS about Geno's skill level. I've taken a lesson with Gene.

Besides Perfect Aim, which I know has been used by at least one VERY HIGHLY SKILLED pocket billiard instructor with great success, I know for a fact, the lesson that you get from Geno is worth every minute and every dollar. Geno is an EXCELLENT communicator and actually imparts far more important "pool secrets" in the lesson than what is outlined in his PEFECT AIM video. I don't think he thinks of them as "secrets" but the little things that he does with his own game, he shares with you in the private lesson and those little things will pay big dividends with YOUR game.

Geno is actually a winner, in more ways than one. He is a competitor who knows how to compete and not too many people know how to do that, imo.

JoeyA, I agree, they are little secrets that add up to being very important. And Gene is quite the player.

Hi there Dave,

When I first met you I was playing a set for some $$$. I could hardly wait to get you on the table and see how you were doing with Perfect Aim. You seemed to be doing fine but you seem to be doing better after our little workout.

This is why I encourage players to call me with any questions whatsoever. It would be a real tragedy to have the info to improve your game but not totally understand it.

I wish I could have helped your daughter before I left but I think you will be able to show her just fine. Once you understand it you not only can correct your aim but you can teach it to someone pretty easily.

Thanks again for making me feel like one of the gang. And that gang there at Top Hats is a pretty nice bunch. The management there also takes care of things and portrays a real proffesional atmosphere for everyone.

My Hat's off to Top Hat in Baltimore, Maryland.

See ya later Coookkiiiiieeee Maaaaaaaaaaaaan.

When your helping your daughter, if you have any questions call

Thanks Again Geno........................

I agree with what joey said. Geno is a great instructor and a great person to deal with. he is always willing to help anyone. you cant ask for a better person, and his material will help anyones game if you follow it. just my 2 cents

Hello friend- Gene

I was up in bemidji , a wk ago and a friend of yours (Mark) said to say hello to ya. I told him you had hit the road 6months ago teaching and playing. he said you 2 were good friends. mark

Gene,

You have obviously "struck a chord" with many people. People obviously like you as a person, and everybody respects your level of play. I think your attention to sighting is great. Most books and videos (and many instructors) give very little (if any) attention to this. Good job!

Gene,

You have obviously "struck a chord" with many people. People obviously like you as a person, and everybody respects your level of play. I think your attention to sighting is great. Most books and videos (and many instructors) give very little (if any) attention to this. Good job!

Regards,
Dave

It'd be funny if Dr. Dave started to sell a video called "Perfect Ame" or something lmao

Dr. Dave, I'm just joking, btw ;)

Spidey,

I honestly don't have a clue what you are trying to imply. I already know you hate me, but I hope you are not trying to imply that I hate Gene. How could anybody hate Gene? He's a sweet guy. He's also helped heighten the awareness of the importance of sighting in pool. This is a great thing.

Regards,
Dave

PS: If you are really "just joking" please let me know what the joke is. I don't get it.
