It has to do with people ganging up on and bashing a fellow poster based on second hand information.

I don't necessarily blame OMGWTF for calling her out, although the way she goes about doing things can be a little honery. I'm talking about all of the people who like to jumpm on the bandwagon with little or no real information who have no idea how things may have really gone down.

I'm not defending MAry here. I would probably put my money on Melinda if I were to bet on a match based on my personal knowledge. I'm saying that it's not right for everyone to perpetuate all of the nonsensical B.S. and to add to the destruction of someone's reputation without first hand knowledge, and THAT IS WHAT IS HAPPENING in that thread.
 
Everyone is WAY too tough on Mary... for sure. So what if she has a pool website. So what if she says people put her in.

HELL.... I put some chick into a $50 buy-in poker tourney and she didn't know what a straight was...or if a 3-of-a-kind beat two pairs, etc.

She obviously loves pool and that's cool.
