6 month old female boxer named scarlett. she likes wood just about as much as me. and chalk too. lol.

I absolutely love Boxers. Within a week of my return I will get one. They are my favorite dogs and yours is a lil' cutie.

she is. thanks. shes got stripes like a tiger. i believe its called brindle. shes a crazy girl. im reliving the movie marley and me but without the terribly sad ending that made me want to jump off the roof...

as a kid my father bred great danes but this is my first dog
 
Yes she's a dark brindle with very good markings. She is a nice looking Boxer. They are great dogs. Their smart (easy to train), protective, and good watch dogs. Good luck with her. Johnnyt

lol. i cant wait. shes made me giggle a few times just jumping up on the couch she is very playful. cats dont like her too much yet but they will come around...
 
Boxers

Nice! We have two boxers. They are great dogs...well, my female is, my male is dumb as a bucket of hair. They are both great with our kids.
 
Yes they are great with kids. We had two over the years while my four kids were growing up. I also had two while I was growing up. Never a problem with any of them. One of mine did not like the mailman though. Johnnyt

if you hadn't thought of a name, i was going to suggest maple. haha, tho she looks more like brazilian rosewood.

have fun. make sure she doesn't play fetch w/ your cues.

Fortunately, I heard about the bad news in the Marley movie in advance. Have not seen it, and will never.
I have a Golden Retriever, Mickey. Love him way more than I even like most people.
Congrats, those eyes will never let you down.

I'm not a praying man but my favorite is, "GOD, HELP ME BE THE PERSON MY DOG THINKS I AM." I give Boxers my highest rating. Second only to Labs.
That's pretty high up there. I prefer dogs to people.:joyful:

OMFG... dont ever watch it. i never owned a marley dog and i wanted to find the highest building in town. whats wrong with kids movies now? i hear that pixar cartoon "UP" is just as bad. i heard your kids will need therepy after that movie....
