Jun, sounds good. Hopefully the cue gets returned to sender and I'll just refund the payment minus my costs and we'll play some.QUOTE]
You still don't quite get it yet? If that cue comes back to you, it is not okay for you to keep any of the shipping costs incurred. Right or wrong you are equally to blame for the transaction going sour. Part of that responsibility is you refunding him the exact same amount he gave you. If you really wanted to take the high road this would be standard for you.
I think you are digging yourself a bigger and bigger hole. We do cue deals here in the multiple thousand dollar range. I've done deals where I sent a Money Orders for over $2k over night and got the cue the next day. How do you think that happens? It comes from people having stellar reputations and being able to trust the person they are doing business with.
People will remember as much about you as youd like them to remember about gatorjoe. My advice would be to send him a decent PM, give him your number or something and try to talk this out like gentlemen. I doubt he wants the money anymore than you want that cue at this point. Find that middle ground and have him post in this thread when the situation gets resolved. This will get your credibility back where it needs to be and his as well. Work it out like gentlemen.
