Last night at the weekly bar league i got into a discussion on how to pronounce Lucasi. I say as loucasey they were saying loucawzi. Hope this makes sense it's the best example i can give.

I think it's pronounced 'Loo; as in a Brittish potty, ka; as in what goes into a Brittish potty, and sea; as in the water they use to flush a Brittish potty. One would assume it's a Brittish name, wouldn't one? :smile:
i always pronounced it "pee-oh-ess", but maybe I got it wrong.....
Just because i don't have some big name pool cue doesn't mean you pool cue snobs have to make fun of me.
A pool cue is just something to play pool with not rub in somebody's nose.

I may do it different than some, since I put the s sound in the middle (instead of the end, like sea or see), but I think it sounds almost like most have tried to show. Closest way I can describe it is - Loo - koss - ee
and don't sweat those you call cue snobs - I watched Shane Van Boening DESTROY Jose Parice last night playing with a Cuetec. Sure, he's paid to play it, but I'd use a pink finger painted piece of crooked bamboo if I could still play like that with it!
