Found an Olney cue, $30.00 at a local pawn shop here.

At a garage sale found an old beat up hard case, $5.00, inside the case, McD D-4.

Another Olney with case at local flea market, $25.00.

Olneys are popular in this area as he lives 60 miles from here.

Unknown maker

Got this cue for $5.00 at the local thrift store. Needed a ferrule, an easy fix. Looks like some Rich cues of the late sixties. Any ideas?

Mcdermott EF-08

I was close to picking one up for $60 on a Fri. Went back on Mon and the guy said that he didn't quote me $60 because that would be ridiculous since it's a Mcdermott. New price is $100. I was even given a speech about how the warp in the shaft isn't a big deal since you can just lean the shaft on the wall and take the warp out. I couldn't stand the stench of all the BS and got the hell out of there. What a lying mofo

Still, I'll a decent one someday.

Recently got a soft copy of "Play your best Pool" by phil capelle on ebay from Goodwill thriftstore for $5. It's autographed inside the cover as well. Pretty neat.

Noone will top this one. Well, maybe come close. Poke and Hope on here came into the poolroom one day to show me his new "case." The case was at a yardsale for $25. An It's George 2 x 4 , leather.

Oh yeah, he said he thought it felt heavy. Well, it was because of the six point, two shafted, inlaid with silver and ivory Black Boar that was inside. Fu#$er.

I need to find me one of those yard sale bargains. LOL

makes me sick, too!

You're right. Maybe I should pass and do myself a favor. It's like asking a lotto winner, "Hey, can I see your million bucks?" Will definitely cause sickness.

PM Poke n Hope here. It is a full splice with silver "L" s on the buttsleeve. Although happy for him, makes the normal guy sick. I don't know what it'd be worth, actually. Crazy.

That reminds me...

Local pawn shop had 2 custom COKER cues, with in a Justis case, with extra shaft? all for $200 bucks! turns out the extra shaft went to the "frog" jump cue that had fallen down one of the slots, and the pawn shop had no idea! way good deal! exciting find just with the 2 cokers!
