Play safe.
depending if i couldn't bank it for sure or if it is borderline might not bank rather than sell out i would play safe.
It takes precision aim. Shot it just a hair to the left of center so the cue ball double kisses and comes off the object ball and hits the foot rail. The object ball might come out a little but make sure you hit the object ball just right so they can't shoot it to the left. Practice this shot a little and you will see that with a little practice you can nail it.
At least now you force the other player to make a shot to win or try to play you safe again. Chances are you will like your next shot better than the last.
so, i was left with this shot on the 9 ball.
My thought was to try the bank but load up with left on the cue ball and hope it tightens up the bank angle enough to throw it in... But i still got a double kiss and left him with an easy out.
Any ideas to share, or do i just need to practice that shot more?
Thanks!
Anthony
