Yes this case has nameplates on it. I can ship it directly to Jack if you want to have them changed.

Comes with the Barton padded interior and the original interior so you can swap them out depending on your preferences.

This case doesn't have a single scratch or chalk mark on it. I might have taken it to the poolroom twice. It still smells the way it did when i first got it and the leather it stiff.

Purchase price was over 800 bucks.

If you post a price and someone says "I'll take it", it's pretty bad form to then try to shop out for HIGHER offers now that you sense you advertised it too low..... "OBO" = lower than asking but still reasonable....

THE "OBO" PART IS FOR OFFERS BELOW THE POSTED ASKING PRICE. SO LET'S SAY YOU GOT A PM SAYING THAT SOMEONE WOULD GIVE YOU 350 INSTEAD OF 400, THAN YOU CAN PASS, BUT IF SOMEONE JUST SAYS "I'LL TAKE IT" IT SHOULD (NORMALLY) MEANS THAT THE ITEM IS SOLD FOR YOUR ASKING PRICE. THAT'S NORMAL FORM IN THE FOR SALE SECTION, SIMILAR TO AN AUCTION ON EBAY WITH A "BUY IT NOW" PRICE. ONCE THAT PRICE IS MET, THE SALE IS OVER.

IT'S YOUR SALE AND YOU CAN DO WHAT YOU WANT, BUT IMO IT WOULD BE BAD FORM TO NOT HONOR THE SALE AT YOUR ASKING PRICE, AND EXPECT OFFERS OVER WHAT YOU HAD THE ITEM POSTED AT.

I don't normally sell stuff on here and I had a different understanding of what "or best offer" meant honestly.

I thought it meant exactly what it sounds like it means: whoever sends me the best offer gets it.. i didn't know it meant best offer under asking price.

But if that's how it works I'll sell it to whoever said it first. A few bucks isn't going to buy my integrity.

One more question:

Who should get it if I got a pm saying they would take it before someone else said they would take it in the thread?
 
i agree with ross and marcus, if you post a price and someone says i'll take it, it's sold. if you don't post a price and someone makes an offer then it's open for bidding. this should be sold.

Check the time of the PM and the post in your thread who ever sent the first one gets the case :)

It would be the first person to respond to say "I WILL BUY IT!!" - either on the post or by PM.

Compare time stamps on the post and on the PM, and the earlier person gets it. That is how I would do it.

I know that would mean I do not get it - but that is the fair and honest way to do it!!!

Hey Brandon, this has happened before, where one person posts that he
would take the object for sale at the price listed, and another sent a PM
stating the same. From what I remember, its pretty much been sold to the
first person to get a hold of you. Be it either a PM, or a post in the thread.
What I'm saying is that they both "Count" so It should probably go to the
first person that stated they would take the case at the listed price. Nice
case by the way. Someone got a great case at a great deal.
