Oh, you funny, over the top guy. I'm developing a system just to keep up with you.

Crawfish, I apologize for the hijack on your thread here, I will say that I do agree with you here and that most of the methods are certainly only useful to some and not all. We certainly are not machines and we will never to be able to emulate one.

Yeah I know I lost $400 (or maybe $800 to John somebody) that night and dogged my brains out. I also beat better guys than that guy during my time in North Carolina. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.
I don't know why you are trying to get a point across that no one has made. No one who supports aiming systems has said anything different.
And that's NOT what you said in the opening post.
I guarantee you though that if we play and I don't dog it then you will say "This aiming system crap is KILLING me"

I am sorry we must be talking about a different video. In the video I am talking about I told someone that he is an asshole to his face (people were making bets that I wouldn't) and that we wouldn't be playing because he is an asshole. Which is exactly what I said on my last post on the subject.
How much more direct does a person need to be in person? He came and he asked to play and was told no and why. Sorry Craig but you can try and insult me all you want to but the facts are the facts here. Had the money been posted in advance without all the chatter then there would have been a game.
I guess you missed my question about Billy Webb? When did I play Billy, for how much, and what did I lose? You are talking about Billy Webb the cue maker right? See I don't even remember ever even meeting him and I usually do remember cue makers. Maybe he didn't tell me who he was. No idea so feel free to refresh my memory.
I will get his phone number, Roy Malott deals in his cues and may have it. Since you don't appear to have the facts I guess I will go get them.

You are taking this awfully personal. I'm really just kidding around with you. But, the guy that beat you wouldn't take the eight from me if his life depends on it. But, like you said, win some and lose some. If we did play, and you did torture me, I'd let you give me lessons in CTE and film it. How's that for open minded?

I haven't been playing much, but given a week or so, I might run into you at a tournament some time. And I don't know about all this stuff people said about who backed out or not, but you can bet I'd play. Cheap, Not cheap, or shits and giggles. But, relax. I'm not trying to get you to play. Can't we all just get along? Just out of curiosity, who else did you play while in NC? It's damn sure tough here. That's why I don't play as much now. If you have a job, or don't play six days a week, it's hard to beat the average guy here. No kidding. Hell, everybody can run out.

Ok crawfish I'm intrigued about this new Johnson method of aiming in case I missed it I Just Basically have a few questions.
1. Does it require a hard or soft tip?
2. Does squirt matter?
3. Is Long or short stroke required?
4. Do I pay by paypal or leave the money on the bed(of the table)?
5. Can girls also master the Johnson sytem?
6. Can a guy who highjacks your thread benifit from you using your Johnson system on him?

JB, i don't have a problem traveling a couple of hundred miles when i can get away from the business. You know where i live,maybe we could meet halfway and play some 500.00 sets. I do have one rule,the one loosing is the only one who can quit. No one beats me until i'm the one throwing in the towel. Being as your a old road player this shouldn't be a problem. I would also have to be on the list of the 5 players! I also have no problem with different opinions,its really the opposite. As far as your aiming system,i would be curious to see it in person. This would be the only way to convince me it works.
I like to pick up every system I can. They can all be used. I just learned one last week. Center to edge. Works great for cut shots up the rail. You just have to practice what you learn.

John, would you mind making a video describing in detail how to use CTE? I saw your video where you are talking about finding the aiming line, but you didn't explain how to use the system exactly. All this talk has made me interested in learning this system.

Actually I really was trying to lighten the mood and find a way to compete over distance. I really do think that Fargo is a good way to compare ourselves. You can't really game the system if you are filming an unbroken game all the way through or doing it live on the webcam.
I never did participate in the online Fargo tournaments that people had before on RSB because it was people posting their scores only. Not that I distrusted anyone but I just wasn't into it if I couldn't see the play.
So I like the idea of doing head to head matchups or tournaments. I like the idea of doing something interactive that combines some straight pool with some rotation.
I like to bark, it comes from growing up in the pool room. And trust me Sean, when I walk into a pool room it's all in play, whether I have $100 or $3000 in my pocket it all plays. Anyone who really knows me, and there are a few on this board who do, knows that this is true. Wherever I go I am stirring up action in some form or another. But here the barking doesn't lead to playing because of distance. So I figured that Fargo might be a way to resolve the testosterone filled challenges in a fun way. Also it COULD be handicapped to let two unequal players match up.
I guess no one's into it though. So I suppose it's just me and 9ballmarksman who are going to do it.
