Thats awesome. Speaking of that I have a Callaway Diablo Driver with a x stiff UST proseries shaft ... played about 3 rounds. Anybody got a billiard related item they want to trade. I will look at any cues cases and will add money or trade even....let me know:thumbup:

Jump breaks a plus:eek:

Agreed, if it's billiard related, there shouldn't be a problem...

...

...

Bartering is a very old, very creative, and, if you're good at it, very effective form of commerce.

Personally, I like to see it.

Totally agree. I deal with reselling used computers, if you deal with cues and need a computer.. hm... wonder what will happen?

Let's face it. The economy is killing a lot of deals these days. Lot of folks either low on cash or holding onto what that have. Trading quality items is just another creative route to aquire quality cue's with limited or no $$$ out of pocket.

I say trade on...

Wasn't there a story a few years back of a guy that traded up from a paper clip to a house, try your luck I say

Speaking of which, anyone interested in a Sig P232 .380ACP that has been fired a total of 15 shots? Mint condition, with all accessories, 3 factory clips, original and aftermarket (Hogue) grips?

I personally don't see any problem with people offering up something to trade for something we have here on AZ, as long it's to trade for something pool related.

Some of us are as in my case at the moment, are cash poor and can't come up with the money to buy a three thousand dollar cue that we've fallen in love with.

I have a Warwick 5 string Bass that I wouldn't mind trading for a cue, the Bass retails for about 5 grand at the moment but I haven't played it so it's sitting on it's stand. Maybe someone has a cue that they aren't using and would like a Bass. Seems like it could be a win - win situation for both parties.

If I posted this Bass for trade here in the For Sale Forum, I wouldn't put a picture of it up but would request if anyone was interested, I would PM the pictures and information the instrument.

We have all kinds of people here on AZ, from Lawyers to Doctors to ditch diggers and everything in between. The thing we have in common is that we all love this game of pool whether it's collecting pool cues or playing the game.

I certainly don't want to see adds that would be for just selling non pool related pool items. But - maybe a separate Forum that would be for non-pool related pool items to trade for pool realted items.

This would only be trades for pool related items. I think it would be quiet interesting, I think most of our members here might also like it. It would be interesting to browse through as I can't imagine the interesting things our group would have. Gotta remember, we are an interesting group we have here very diverse.

Anyhow - I love this web site- the people here, I've made some great friends here over the years.

First thing I do everyday when I get home is hit the button on my Lap Top and go to AZ to see whats new. It's Great !!!

I know how it feels, but take it from someone who has glued a Moori to a Rolex: they don't play well.

times are tough and we're all finding ourselves items rich and cash poor. i don't have a problem with it. pool isn't everyone's only interest and we might get the chance to get something else we're interested in

This reminds me of a thread I started a while back. It was what I thought would be beneficial to a lot of people's for sale threads and everyone that replied to it agreed. The next day the thread was gone.

The OP could have at least had something non-pool related to trade for a billiard item in this thread? What gives?
