This took WAAAAYYYY too long to post up, but I've been a little busy lately with other things.

Finally got around to taking some new snaps of my Searing cue, and had a few minutes to get 'em up on photobucket to share.

Dennis did some tweaking and improving on it, per my request. Sum total is an even BETTER cue than before (in my opinion, at least). The wrap job is just exceptional, and I think it really works with the cue.

Sorry, sir...must have missed it.

New (different) finish which makes the cue glow a mile deep
New wrap
Some tweaking on the balance (per my request)
Cleaned up, top to bottom
And one ancient Chinese secret I'll take with me to the grave :thumbup: :thumbup: ;)

BTW - forgot to mention...but should be obvious, I think - The wrap is very well textured tan elephant. It's incredible...nothing less.

I love the new wrap. The color match looks perfect. Elephant ear is definitely my favorite leather choice. Someday I will have a Searing...

There's only one disappointment with this cue...and that's the fact that I can't get out more to play with it.

Dennis pulled out all the stops when he first made me this cue, and worked just as hard to tweak it for me after the fact.

I've gotten several PMs and e-mails about this cue...again...and while I appreciate all the efforts, it is NOT for sale. :) ;)

I do understand how those who are waiting for their cue feel...and all I can tell you is that it is WELL worth the wait to have one built by THE MAN to your every wish and desire. Worth every second of it...albeit it DOES feel like an eternity while you're in the pipe for one. The payoff FAR exceeds the sacrifice, I assure you.

I love the wrap the tan elephant is something I never seen before it really sets the cue off. Hope she plays great for you !!<<ED
 
Great cue man...

I had a chance to see the work being done to your cue and WOW it came out great. The new tan wrap is the nutz... Now enjoy it!

You're too good to me, bro. It's friends like you that make me all warm and fuzzy on the insides.

You're in luck, though...you're birthday present DOES involve a cue. It's the best decal cue the flea market had to offer...and has your name all over it. No...really...it does. I wrote your name all over it in pink sharpie.

Nothing but the best for a weak breaker like you!!! ;) :)

It came out gorgeous, Mark!

For some reason, I expected it to be a darker brown. This shade is really cool looking.
