Of course it's not a legal proceeding, but the legal system establishes the most reliable methods and rules regarding determining guilt and innocence.

Your opinion is but one, as far as I am concerned, nothing has been firmly established without reasonable doubt. :wink:

I guess you didn't read the entire thread. I admitted that I was here to simply offer an opinion from another perspective. Since everyone was busy auto-sucking Cardy I felt compelled to offer a different view.

I'm pretty sure I'm within a reasonable scope for what my purpose was/is.

...and I like x-rated movies.
 
Bottom Line.....

They will most likely never get paid. Dave isnt really in danger of getting hurt because of all the public knowledge of the situation. He is in no threat of losing action, even one of the people owed money is looking to play him, so why not anyone else as long as the money is posted. This whole thread is pointless besides informing everyone that they got stiffed because they didnt post.

Jam, I am quite sure that the same laws apply to the use of speakerphones as do to taping in most states. Thus the statement that you will hear quite often: "I have you on speakerphone". :(

I HEARD VIFFER TALKING DURING PARTS OF THE CONVERSATION, BUT NOT ALL! And some of these were the most revealing parts, like I'M NOT PAYING YOU!

I think its pretty obvious this thread has jumped the shark. It won't be long before people start mother-fing one another and it gets shut down or pulled.

One thing that cracks me up is how after 573+ posts some people still have no clue what is going on, some people really like being assholes just to be an asshole, and some people will post absolute useless crap in order to make sure they have a post on every page and the 150 posts saying "Why didnt you post?".

It is AZ at it's finest ladies and gentleman. You have to love it.

So long "The way it really went down" it was fun while it lasted.

Billy I can't wait to see what your next thread is like. This one is gonna be tough to top.

Just checked the website, www.skylinebilliardclub.com. It looks real nice, too bad I didn't go there when I visited NY in January...

Planning another trip this year, definitely gonna go there! Any good weekly tournaments?

Relax Jay.... Ever think that he coulda said "I'm not paying you" was because he already paid?? You gotta look at it from both sides. Sorry I pissed you off but what was said about the converation wasnt clear. Plus the details changed a couple times if you look back.

My accusations are founded in the reality of what you posted. My comments are only a reflection of your work here.

Popularity? How fitting you mention it, pot, kettle, black and so forth.

I don't doubt for a minute that you've received just as much positive rep in this thread as I have. You've got a fair share of Incarnites in your wake. Congrats and so forth I guess. I never cared enough about it to mention it...now don't go hiring others (Samoan or not) to wage your wars just yet. I've got plenty of support. Desired or not.

Not necessarily, BTW the term reasonable doubt is itself undefined for present purposes. More to the point is what is persuasive? Statements, willingness to put one's charcter and reputation on the line, and willingness to subject one's self to public ridicule need to be taken into consideration. These are not legal terms but are issues very much in evidence in the present discussion.

Have you note the clairity and the hesitency, perhaps even the need to be conservative, on the part of those who are identifying themselves by name and will forever need to stand by their statements. Certainly some credability must be attached to the people who are well known and willing to take a very specific stand.

There are many kinds of "evidence" to be considered.

I've read the entire thread, that's exactly my point. You've admitted your here to voice a different opinion, which you've done countless times already. You became redundant several posts ago. I think everyone understands your position, so why not leave it at that? Or do you just enjoy being in the hunt for the top prize in the unpopularity/redundacy contest?

No, it does not apply to speakerphones. Now, if a court reporter was sitting there producing a transcript via the speakerphone, that's a different story. ;)
