I am thinking of changing my nick to Thread Killer.
It seems like every time I post in a thread, I am the last one before it goes quietly into oblivion.

It would have been more funny if THIS thread had like 1000 views and nobody responded to your post....Then you would really be a thread killer.

I also share your pain though, (odds are this will be the last post in this thread :wink:)

I think I need to change my name or something, seems to confuse people.

Can be frustrating to write a response that you think is well thought up and mildly intelligent and all the sudden the thread is on page 5.

I guess we can't complain too much, we have a dedicated forum that can rotate through multiple pages per day with ease.

....I am just going to start posting under Nathan's name...lol, maybe then people will respond.

You don't know what a thread killer is: I get 'em LOCKED DOWN so that nobody CAN post in them :o :sorry: :confused::eek::shocked:

I kill all threads, search my threads I posted and count up the number of replies.

hehe... I often wondered if I was the only one that had this ability. I am careful in what threads I post in anymore, as I don't want to ruin a popular thread.:D

Additionally you have to wait for the right time to slip in your reply. Wait until someone says something really inflammatory, then quick, slip in your reply and your reply will go unnoticed due to the flurry of replies, thus preserving the continuation of the thread:D

Curious to know the effect of several thread killers in the same thread. May be that this one turns into the longest thread ever, as our "gift" is deactivated around other thread killers.:eek:
 
To infinity, and beyond...

This thread is going to last forever, because every thread killer is going to try to be the last poster in it, thus confirming their title as 'King Thread Killer'. See you all in 12 months and 5000 replies. :-)

You need to go against the grain and make a negative comment. Have you ever noticed how the thread gets into a flaming war when someone asks a opinion and doesnt get the positive comment.

Then just avoid posting and let it be dropped by someone else.
