I just figured out why they didn't post: they're both too short to reach the light!
They were too embarassed to ask someone to put the money on the light for them. Asia then had a stroke at 13-6 because she was getting drilled, became disoriented, and walked out. That must be it.

Posting on the light is not always safe. A number of years back at Hardtimes the money was posted on the light and some gunmen grabbed it and got away.
Ive seen money taken off the light by the losing player more than once. Pretty much "F U-whadya gonna do about it?"
I believe that happened to Keith...can't remember who he was playing.
Apparently they re-posted and kept gambling.
Maybe JAM or Keith could confirm.

From what I saw of her play, she was a C- on the tourney side. She was barely a B on the banger side of the room when I watched her play.

She didn't get to the table much where she had a decent shot. She did run a few balls the couple of times she came to the table. I didn't want to be mean though...with as little I saw her actually shoot. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt.
I know what it can be like on this site when people gang up on you, that's why at first I was pleading the fifth. Did you see when she was playing me? I know you were on the table next to us practicing with Dave weren't you?

Hey, running 3 balls on those tables is hard! I was rattling balls when I was visualizing my runout. I could visualize perfect position, but in my mind the balls were jarring the pocket.I hear you can't even play the ghost on those tables, because he doesn't shoot straight enough to get out.
Fortunately, I wasn't doing that when I actually was shooting. But those tables are silly tough. Wish I could play all of my matches on them.

I hear ya that the tables are tough...however when a player is missing balls by a 1/2 a diamond or more...it's pretty obvious the balls wouldn't have gone in even on looser pockets
Judging her speed was easy after seeing the way she hit balls, played position (or lack thereof), etc. I'm not dogging her cuz we all started out somewhere...I'm just saying that giving her B player status is extremely generous in my opinion. Maybe my definition of B player is different :shrug:

She was nowhere near B when she left Jersey-she was improving though.
