Branko, that's sweet....certainly looks bulletproof. You getting ready for 2012? Please PM me the scoop on these when you get a chance.

Looks like there might be enough room for a 24x48, maybe a hinge on the lid too.

Pat Diveney made the same observation today when he seen it.
I just wanted the best protection for the cue's that I could get. I didn't
want to skimp on the foam.

You have a definite winner, serious case for serious cues.

How much and what's the weight of this thing when empty?

Hello Jhun,
I'm getting a list of options together so the price the will change
a little. Also I will get back to you on the weight.
Thank you for your interest and please give me a day or two to put
together the information.

Thx so much. Will wait for your info.

Very very cool - looks like Dan Dishaw finally has some competition in the flight case arena.

Are the cavities made of foam layers that are glued together? That's how I would do it for this type of case. I'd laser cut or die cut the layers and glue them up. Or maybe even not glue them and just compression fit them into the case. That would work just well.

Pretty sporty idea. I think anyone would feel safe with their cues in that. How much does it weigh empty? And full?

Anyway, great job and nice design.
