Something tells me that getting a refund will be more difficult than finding how to buy the ppv in the first place. As best as I can tell so far, I just threw $25 out the window.

I had reservations about buying due to not knowing this streamers track record, especially for ppv. As the saying goes - Trust your instincts.

I don't understand why he's streaming a free version on his tvmike site. Doesn't make any sense to me.
 
I held out purchasing this PPV as TVMike still hasn't sent me a DVD I ordered a month ago. He hasn't responded to my last couple of emails either. So I'm afraid anyone looking for a refund may be in the same boat I'm floating in.

During the last day of the Archer SVB match, TAR made the decision to show the match for free because of the ppv problems. It seems that Mike has done the same. I'm now watching (with no problems) on http://www.tvmike.tv/

Of course some people are complaining that they paid & others haven't, which is what I consider to be a crybaby. You're still getting what you paid for, enjoy it. It is certainly better than the alternative which is nothing.

It's a damn shame that a match like this gets hyped big, they take your money, and then the technical stuff isn't there to make the deal.
Get with it "TV Mike" and use a contractor that can deliver.
I can just imagine how fast they will prorate refunds because of this amateurish horse dung.

I spoke too soon. The free stream just went down. Either way, I'm still getting to see more on the free stream than the ppv. I still have patience for the fiasco but others have lost theirs according to comments in the chat.
 
I just got home and was wanting to watch this. The "Buy Ticket" link is available on the screen, but is the stream working right now?

Mike has these problems on some of his local streams , i think there are many things that can go wrong on streams , from the volume on the cameras to the type of cameras you use . I don't think you can just throw up a couple of cameras and stream , Mike has had a couple of really good streams with his new camera , really clear.


I think TAR and BigTruck could make some money offering workshops showing the inexperienced how to stream and the ends and outs of it . Think you should become really proficient before offering pay per view .
