the worest stream I ever paid for, I hope this mike guy never gets to cover an important event really, and don't tell me I should blaming ustream..... when he sells a product, he should know beforehand that he can deliver.
the stream worked perfect during the 1 hour break, on this time he should be fixing whatever it was happening on the PPV. but no, he didn't, it worked nice on the break, then match started again and it went offline righ at the start of the 2nd session, not to mention a million downs on the 1st session, good job.

I was going to buy but didnt because of problems.
My point is how many did they "lose", who like me wasnt going to pay for something that worked poorly.
I dont have an issue paying, but I am not going to pay and then "fight" it to watch.
Hopefully lessons are learned.

Earl up 5-4 and just broke and pushed. Said "I'm playing the best pool I've ever played and can't break.". Just had an awesome out from the 5 ball.
Until they get their act together they will never see my hard earned money.

No refunds
i asked mike about a refunded cause i only saw 3 game of the first match and lost the feed at the start of the 10 ball he said it was out of his hands and there would be no refunds. I for one will never pay to watch anything he ever ppv again.

Now this is just absolutely stupid. Earl is playing absolutely lights out and I can't see it even though I paid 25 dollars for it. Bogus.
File a dispute with paypal. If they see enough, they will know what happened.
I'm done with Mike TV too.
Here's my take on this. I didnt buy a ticket but from what I can see,,, the stream works well if being broadcast free,,,but when trying to make it PPV only ,,,it starts messing up badly.
And it has messed up so much now that the people who bought tickets are pissed ,,and rightly so.
All that paid should all demand a refund !!! Even if the stream goes flawless from this point on. You didnt get what you paid for,,,,PERIOD!!!!
I hate PPV,,,It does not matter who is at fault,,you did not get what you paid for. U-stream needs to find a different way to pay for their streams,not PPV ,,,passed on to the viewers. But maybe find some sponsors to pay for the event.
2 of the best players in the world it shouldn't be a problem to find a way to bring something like this to the viewers without charging them.
Last I seen there was 200 + viewers,,thats around 5000$ in PPV monies. If advertised correctly ,,and free,,,, there might be 1 million viewers. And that would bring sponsers willing to pay $5000 for a chance to be involved. A drop in the bucket.

I agree. This solution might make enough folks happy and not request a refund. What a disaster. Ustream PPV service is terrible.
Mike keeps saying on the chat it working good here like all these people are making this up.
