You have bigger pockets than I ! I can't fit a cuemaker in mine. As for selling a great cue to find another, I seem to find more without selling mine! Some things are better than MONEY! Gus, Barry, Searing, Tascarella,Murray Tucker and Jacks cases to keep them in. Ron

People using that phrase of "Selling the best cue that someone has ever owned" doesn't make any sense at all. It is about as dumb as the best looking cue that I ever seen or had.
It tells me that you haven't played with any good cues or owned any or seen very many.
Others are one of a kind, very rare, limited edtion and etc.
Just list what you have for sale without trying to hype it up because most will ignore all the BS anyways and buy it if that is what they are looking for or the price is right. Most cues are one of a kind. I bought a catalog cue from Ernie and he said that he guarantees that I would never see one exactly like it.

I get the point that you are all making fun of 9ballking, Im not retared. But this thread should not be in this section and why are the Mods allowing it to stay here is my point.

i kind of like the post of the best playing cue ever....i normaly only buy cues that are to my liking....such as weight woods shafts joints....so i have an idea i am going to like the way it plays....it doesnt allways work out that i fall in love with the cue....but it is real close to what i like in most cases because the cue had what i look for in a cue when i bought it...i also like to play with diffrent cues and often buy and sell because i havent found one that hits better than my daily player...now to the best player ever i am not sure that i have found that and i, like the OP have been through a few of cues looking for that magic which combines playabilty and looks which to me would be the best ever....i hope he finds that one cue that he will make his lifetime player and never have to sell it...but sometimes crap happens and stuff has to be sold...i understand that also...as for me the best cue that i have ever owned is my daily player from kenny murrell which has almost everything that i could want in a cue....looks are almost to exactly what i would have made but the hit is even BETTER than my stroke....so for that reason i just cant stop going back to it when i go to the pool hall.....anyways it does sometimes get old seeing the same thing posted as best or monster but WHO CARES....if that sells the cue good for the OP.....if you dont like it you could allways just laugh inside and go on....trust me i have LAUGHED INSIDE A BUNCH over the past year or so watching all the diffrent threads that get started...so good luck to all life is to short to SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF....YOUR SUPPOSE TO PET THE SMALL STUFF....:thumbup: MICKEY CARROLL

It started as a crooked house cue .
I chopped it and cored the front .
It's not for sale. I already turned down offers on it .
You won't like it. 12MM tip and only epoxy coat.
Unfortunately, the real best hitting cues I made were for people who ordered them. So, I had no choice but sell them.
One that really stands out though is the olivewood DJ ordered. I cored it with a really pingy rosewood and paired with a tight maple handle ( I still have some of them ) and two non-Michigan maple shafts.
I made two bocote sneakies too that had nerves in them .
