Thank You For The Free Turning Stone Stream

Thank you to all involved who provided this stream for us.

It is greatly appreciated.

The interview desk, post match, is the new high mark. thanks for raising the bar.

Those are just the tip of the iceberg... Accu-Stats has all new equipment... What we saw for this stream was only Accu-Stats lite... Which means a stream production instead of a full production like is done at the DCC and The US Open which is done of course with Paid Commentary, A full film crew, and All of the cameras....

The camera feeds look great... on stream and more importantly on the recordings and DVDs... This is one of the reasons that ESPN Star has purchased the rights to the US Open...

All HD cameras are not created equally... You can buy a streaming camera for a few 100 to a few k and be just fine if you are only streaming or putting video out for online viewing... Having HD and Image quality that rivals the film cameras Accu-Stats used prior to the change means big big bucks....

You can find 6 different versions of the new Tricaster out there... The TriCaster is what made the virtual AZ Desk for post match interviews possible... Green Screen technology at it's best..... Accu-Stats is the only streamer that has the top end Tricaster....

Pat and crew are definitely raising the bar... But they are also holding the line... Before Accu-Stats there were so many events lost to the ages... It was Pat's vision to record and store these events first from a statistical standpoint but also thankfully from a video standpoint.. The Accu-Stats library is and hopefully will continue to be one of the sports greatest assets...

Recording matches for posterity by anyone should be commended but when you are doing it at the level of sophistication and professionalism Pat's people bring to the table... You set the bar.... This is what makes and will continue to make Pat Fleming a Hall of Famer.....

Well said!

I'll second that what was seen this week from Turning Stone is only the tip of the iceberg of what we will be seeing from Accu-Stats in the future.

I was amazed how quickly Pat and Jim adapted to the new gear, I could see the improvements happening from one day to the next. It will only get better, especially when they have a full crew.

Steve

btw I passed our your comment to Pat.

Thank you to those who helped produce the stream! This weekend would certainly have been much more boring and less insightful without it. Thanks again!

You realize you guys are just killing my weekend poker games with this magnificent streaming of great events.
Not to mention my domestic partner is not speaking to me for the next couple of days. She should be used to it by now. But you had me glued to the set on Sunday.
Thanks all!

Loved the play-back feature..gives a second chance at understanding
and enjoying a startling shot.
And I saw a lot more shots where you see the player's mechanics
instead of just the balls moving.

good job, Pat
and it's always nice to hear Jerry commentating.

The broadcast quality, commentary and play was OUTSTANDING!

I couldn't help but notice, but-looking down the row of tables from the "TV" table, although perspective distorted-you could see balls enter pockets and clearly recognize the players.

Did I mention this stream was OUTSTANDING in every way.

Thank you very much.

Thanks Guys for the stream. You all are doing a fantastic job.
It seems to get better with every stream.
Thank you guys at AZ and all the other sponsors for there support.

EVERYTHINT First rate , thanks for the effort. I enjoyed it . :clapping: Robert

bump. there were 1000 viewers on this stream

I try to send out a few emails to pool enthusiasts in my email contact directory when I know there is a good live stream pool production going on.

If you want to see pool grow, send out a notice to your email pals when something like this is taking place. it's good for everyone.

Thanks for the great looking stream. And kudos for the archived matches as well when the wife pulls you away from the cpu for a while

Thanks to AZBilliards, Upstate Al, Jerry F, Accu-States, and all the sponsors that put this great tournament on the stream for free to us. Also, thank you AZ Mike H for the great live scoring and brackets. Some of the best updating to a tournament I have saw online. Johnnyt
