Well I was reading a paper published by a young doctor, and in it she said a few things I had not ever heard about diet, and fruit. She claimed that you can digest more of the fruit if you grind it up. She claims that fruit can help you to avoid many of life's bad diseases like heart attacks early on...etc.
So, I read up on different fruits that I liked to see what they do for the body. Now I use mostly blueberry and strawberry then apples pears I just started to add honey from local farmers because of some other stuff I was reading as well, about us all needing local pollen for our immune systems.
I started to add cherries a couple days ago because I read that they can really help your joints. The blueberry's, and strawberry's are for your heart. I add a few small carrots to the mix for my eyes too. Not enough to taste but...At first it did a number on my system, but after the first week I never felt better than I do now, and frankly I have never been more unhealthy as far as weight..That is why I am exercising, and changing my diet. I started to get up there, and I did not like it. I was 245, and today I am 215 that is two months. Almost entirely diet changes to lose the weight when I stopped losing it from diet I started to exercise. If I had 0 fat I would weigh about 185. That is my goal for this time next year I want to be 185-200 again.
My mix is 15 good sized strawberry two banana a brown pear no seeds...I throw in about 5 of each black and raspberries. Blueberry I use 25-50 I really like those. I use plain kefir to thin it up some. Then I just add whatever other fruit, like a few grapes or a few plums or a few pineapple chunks some kiwi something for some different flavor. Any way you slice it I know I can see better.. I just feel better...Can't explain it...It is helping my focus my attitude in general...Crazy changes I would have never predicted just from changing diet habits.
It is helping my game as well...I think mostly that my drive is returning...Who knows. Something just awoke inside my cue I know that I am going to credit diet and lifestyle which before when I was #1 I was a party animal I ate bar room food I took nothing seriously I was, "The biggest waste of talent in the game of pool." John Barton
I am serious now I want to win every event for the next 60 years but I am finale level headed to know that will not happen...I am 32, and I feel like I am awake for the first time in my life.
