Need opinions on this wrap.

I bought this cue because I wanted a D10. I'm not a snake person. I'm thinking of getting it rewrapped.
Some opinions please.

That is the worst looking wrap I have ever seen.
I would leave it, as it worth the most for giggles.

Yeah....I think I saw that on Ebay.
There is some guy selling POS cues wrapped like that on Ebay as well...real shoddy work and he's asking a bunch of money for the cues.
Linen if you want the performance over looks. Leather if you want the looks over performance. At least that's how I see it.
Personally, I think that cue would be great with a leather wrap. A D series McD is a serious playing cue....might as well give it something dignified to wear.

The only thing missing is some little claw feet hanging off the buttcap.

good luck removing that thing. Anyone who would put that on a cue, probably didn't do a top notch job. I bet there are staples under the raised rib LOL

This wrap reminds me of when Rodney Dangerfield (RIP) was having his heart problems towards the end and he said that when his doctor told him how serious things were, Rodney insisted on getting a 2nd opinion so when he went to that doctor he told him, "And your ugly, too." :grin-square: :thumbup: :grin-square:

Perhaps Mr. Prulhiere could add a nice cork wrap to your cue.
