Mike,monstermash the paul drexler dealer his postings on azb is the post my lawyer is sure he can prosecute for defamation because his posting is on google search under my name weve called alot od sources on this guys postings because the sites not cach protected its free for the strifers to capitlize so thats the postings by that guy monstermash thats the real big issue his lies and postings are the most damaging to us all if u can get his strife postings removed youll be given the site and all of us a clear sign you mean buisness and your not a strifer but a passionate person who loves pool and watch my show tommorow if u get these posts deleted things are going to be alot better as for me posting again its not important just removing the lies and strife damaging our future is whats important.take care always anybody jumping on a strife post is equally responsible as thier the ones that take the cancer cell and make a tumor.appreciate anytime spent of resolution for our future.

decided that I was targeting you by not deleting whatever post it is
that you are talking about. You may have been sitting at your computer
waiting for a reply, but I have not been sitting here waiting for your
message. Because someone doesn't do something in the time that you
give them, does not mean that they are ignoring you. Maybe it means
that they have a life.

Again, please send me a LINK to whatever post it is that you are
talking about. I will be glad to look at the post, but I do not
guarantee that I will remove anything. I need an actual link. I am not
going to review every post that this user has made looking for
whichever post it is that you are upset about.

I wish you all of the luck in the world with your league system. We
will be happy to run any PR that you submit to us. But I hope you
understand that I am a little hesitant to work together on a project
with you when for the last week, I have heard from numerous people
that you have been telling the world that Jerry and I are the worst
things to ever happen to pool.

From what I understand (I have not gone back to check this out
myself), you told your viewers yesterday that your plans (which you
describe as being backed by major companies outside of pool) could not
go through until Jerry and I were dead. As you can imagine, I was a
little troubled to hear this.

Again, please send a LINK to the thread that you want me to look at. I
do NOT read every thread and I only know that there is a problem with
users report a thread to me. Also, I am NOT sitting by my computer
waiting for your reply to come in. I have things to do tonight and I
will check my email later to see if you replied.

of the evening. Maybe I am reading it wrong, but this is what I see.

You have been verbally attacking me for years saying that I stole
AzBilliards from you, which we know has no backing in reality at all.

You started streaming in the last week and say negative things and
lies about us multiple times on each show.

Supposedly you made a comment yesterday that Jerry and I need to die
in order for your plans for pool to happen.

Now you are pulling up posts that mention you on the forums (some of
them going back almost seven years) and you want them removed. In
return for me removing any posts that mention you on the forums, you
will stop saying bad things about me and spreading lies?

You are not offering to remove any of the lies that you have spread
about me for years now.

And if I don't remove those threads, you are going to lie about me
more on ustream and you are also threatening to spread lies about me
on the IP stream at Valley Forge.

Is that pretty much what you are saying?

I am pretty sure that Marty could give me the 8 on a big table. I have never claimed to be a world beater and have in fact said many times that I figured out very early on that I wasn't going to make my mark on the world of pool with a cue in my hand.

On the other hand, he has spent so much time spreading lies and badmouthing me that it is getting old. He has been telling the same lies for 10 years now and we both know that they have no basis in reality. That doesn't stop him and it doesn't stop his "friends" from listening to them.

I do worry about his mental health. I think he might really need some help.

yeah good luck finding a lawyer to sue a message board for defamation of character... most courts have stood behind the immunity provided by 47 USC 230

edited to add: not to mention you have to have a good reputation before anyone can ruin it

It seems that Marty's having a manic episode. It will get worse before it gets better. He needs to be stabilized on meds, start taking them again, whether at home or hospital, or it will soon become florid psychosis and the police/ER will be the only option. Sounds like he's pretty well cooked by the looks of Mike's correspondence. A manic rage is truly something to behold, both in and out of himself.
 
After roughly following this thread, I am worried about Marty... Doesn't he have family or friends who would seek help for him?

Funny thing is is that he talks so much about suing this person and that person for defracment of character yet he has sent numerous people PM's will harmful threats!! Does he not know about time stamps and IP address that link him to his own threats?? What a daft and silly man he is. It truly is sad that his post and PM's are to get attention to his miserable and, mostly likely, jaded life. ATTENTION MODERATORS!!!!

We had this problem with one other person pulling the same crap on another board and they blocked ever IP address he used (cafe.. Friends home.. Whatever..) and it became too much of a hassle (from what we gathered) for him to carry on and he ran out of spots and stop posting. We all can see that he is very bad for the board (and POOL IN GENERAL) so I would look into this.. It was a very good thing :thumbup:

But he didn't say what kind of "pears" Jerry. I.e. Bosc pears? Asian Pears? Bartlett pears? Or a mix? Afterall, if we're going to lock-in on one specific fruit, we'd want the jury to represent all genus of pears, right?

You would think so but i have seen at least 2 guys as bad as MH who never got theirs. I remember one guys funeral where everyone said "he told it like it is" meanwhile he was just a hateful ***** like MH not a single good quality. Life aint fair.
