Along with several other pool players! The Lock Society just keeps on getting great players. Buddy's Lock name is, Original Lock. He choose this name last night. He liked two names but this one was what he liked the best. We welcome a Champion like Buddy Hall to the Lock Society. Along with Buddy, was Blue Hog Rider, Lock name is Pad Lock. PT109 Lock name is double hemlock.

I got him by a week! Welcome to the Great Society Mr. Hall! I'll consider myself very fortunate if I ever have a chance to meet our great founder, Mr. Lock N Load, and if I ever run into you Buddy, I need the strawberry crush!
 
Lochness Lock

I think we may have to change LockNLoad's name to Lochness Lock. I've been to Buffalo's three times looking for him. I read posts that some say he writes, I see where he was reported to be sighted, I never see LockNLoad!

Is he a man, a legend, or just a myth???

Now, now, Hu,
What is this all about? I work everyday. I go to the pool hall 3 or 4 times a week and all you have to do is have anyone there to call me. Ask some of the players around if I am a myth!!! Ask JoeyA about Lock N Load, or better yet ask Buffalo himself! He will tell you about me! Most everyone there is a Lock.
They call me a legend! I am not there 24/7. I thought you were my friend, Hu?

I would have preferred "The Master Lock" but that's just me.

I'm sure he will enjoy the Loch Society :thumbup:

Hey Buddy is great.... now did he really win 12 World Championships though ?? I mean if you win 12 you have to be a little "locky" as well...

glad to hear Buddy is part of the Lock society :smile:.Tell him poor ol Mattlock down here in marietta ,ga sure could use a friend ,some lessons ,or a good coach .All three would help.See I gotta go out every day and pretend to work when really I just want to be around a pool table .Locked indeed !! :frown:

Of course I'm your friend! If we can't rag our friends who can we rag? I played most of the day today, went to Casa Garcia and enjoyed fantastic TexMex, and still came back tonight to play thinking you would surely show for the tournament. It was quite a challenge trying to bend over a pool table with pounds of Chili Relano in my gizzard but I came back just to see if you would show up.

No Lock!

Not all bad though, I spent the day with JoeyA and CueBuddy, two of the finest posters on the forum. I found a new friend too, even though I haven't met him yet. Cuebuddy's bro-in-law is putting a snooker table in his living room. Will be the only one in the area I know of. I'll come wash his car and mow his grass on saturdays if I can play on his snooker table on sundays! :thumbup:

What did JoeyA have to say about the Lock? I know you are my friend. I worked all day and got wet as well. I quit going to the tournament a few months ago. I beat people and then feel bad and apologize to them after! That is no good. I was there last night and I called Buddy to confirm his Lock name and JoeyA talked to him a while too. Buddy is such a nice guy.
I realize you are a nice guy too, Hu. I will meet you real soon. Let me know when you are going over by The worlds pool hall and I will be there with bells on!!! Please don't wash the paint off of your friends car!

I do not pretend to work everyday, I work hard! Very good of Buddy Hall to want to be in the Lock Society. Are you OK, MattLock?

We did talk about you a little, me and Joey, me and Buff. Not by name though, just handle. Nobody had anything bad to say about you and I did hear you were in last night. Mostly Murphy's law and me mostly being a day player and you mostly a night player has kept us from meeting. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and even with the smoke eaters it is time for me to get out of dodge for the hours Buffalo gets very crowded at night.

I do figure we'll meet eventually and I always check to see if you are in the hall. I'll try to let you know the next time I am going in the evening and I'll see if you are coming by. I only do evenings or nights once in a blue moon though.
