I'm about half way through the book and its a very interesting read. The book involves alot of dialouge between Tiger and his coach Hank Haney. There are a ton of parallels between golf and pool instruction.
Apparently Hank Haney is freinds/and a student of CJ Wiley, and Haney quotes CJ in the book-stating that there are no hard shots or easy shots- there all just shots that require the same preperation and concentration.
There is also a great reference to the book Talent is Overated regarding "deliberate practice"- which according to the author is the most difficult and highest level of practice because it requires painstaking focus on weaknesses.
If you put the politics of the book-specifically Hank Haney violating Tiger's privacy aside........this is a great read especially regarding practice/tournament preperation/and mental focus.
