I want to take this time to thank you Justin for making the 2 weekends action at a cheaper price for us addicts. I purchased the 2 events as soon as I saw the Link posted. There is another great thing you do for us fans....many of us on the East Coast love the idea of sending the matches on a loop so we all get a chance to see the whole thing. They had something like this over seas recently, I think they called it, King of the Hill, where the payout was 5K, and whoever won, had a new challenger the very next week. I watched a couple matches when Ralf won and the very next week he faced a new challenger and I think this went over very well over there. I applaud you for doing so much for the sport that we love and can't get enough of. Thanks again, also to OB Cues..Simonis..Kamui tips, and CSI..................duker509.
The winner of TAR 26: Archer vs Van Boening presented by OB Cues sponsored by Kamui, Simonis and CSI taking place this weekend will face Francisco Bustamante next weekend beginning Friday June 1. We will be offering a package deal for both matches at a special price of $60 for both matches.
This is new ground for TAR and we hope everyone will join us. The winner of TAR 27 will be the TAR Champion.

Mike I know your game. I saw it with Dennis. I refute your statements and you pick some other small thread to pull never admitting you could possibly have any culpability because someone else made you act like an ass. I'm not going to play it. I don't have time.
All I know is the great majority of your peers want nothing to do with you, (despite what you think its not because they are jealous of your game or scared of it...its because you simply piss them off at every turn) most in the industry think you are a petulant immature kid who has some talent but is not worth fooling with. Some of us have met you in person. You have never come off as a bad guy to me in person, but you are coming off as a douche on here. Don't take that as disrespectful. Many people here have just pointed out how it looks.
Me personally I am all for players being fired up. I like a little trash talk. Didn't seem to hinder Michael Jordan from becoming the most recognizable sports figure of all time. Don't apologize for that either, but you can't do it to fans. This sport has little money and little following. The previous poster was correct that if pool ever blew up and people search for you, this is the type thing they will see.
If this were another sport and say Tiger or Phil needed a putter before a tournament most fans would bust a gut trying to offer them one. A guy gave a player a break cue, big deal. I know Justin enough from here and around to know he would have given you one as well. Now the fact there was no penalty for Bustamante using it previously is why pool goes no where. No one cares about the rules as long as they don't get caught doing it. I don't think the break cue is a big deal, but rules are rules.
Again, be cocky and self-important. It's part of your personality and your game. This is not an issue, but until pool is putting millions in your pocket childish bickering is no good. This stands for everyone and Justin also knows he did some things wrong and admitted as such. Just say, "I screwed up, I won't do that again" and move on.
The rule is that the opponent must make the complaint about illegal equipment. If the player is found to be using illegal equipment they are given a warning and the illegal equipment must be taken out of play. Any further equipment violations after the warning would be a ball in hand foul.
Mike made the complain, Busty was warned, the equipment was taken out of play. Everything was handled according to the rules.
There is no rule against borrowing equipment. Again, nothing was done against the rules in that regard.

As for the numbers they were actually about what I expected so I dont know where you got that from. We covered the nut and made a little. Not great but not terrible. If it makes you feel any better you made more than we did by a large margin. Your welcome by the way.
If you think helping someone else out or telling you to simply not be an ass is treating you like shit then you haven't done a whole lot in life yet. I assure you I can do much more if I cared to. Mike you need to accept the reality of the position you are in right now. As for Justin he is a benefit for you, he is one of the last guys you should be fighting with. Your young, play pool, have fun and make money and make sure you stay in the game and don't get yourself forced out, be smart! we have all been there and its a never ending fight. Play within the game, that's what the smart ones do.
I think the issue is how Mike behaved after the fact.

If I was lucky enough to play Django, I'd want him to use his favorite equipment. That way, if by chance I happen to win, I beat him with him using his fav illegal break cue. If I lose, well, he had an equip advantage!
