New Titlist conversion... well - sort of

This is the very infamous "junk blank that couldn't be converted"... Just got it in the mail today, and must say, I'm VERY thrilled with the way it came out. Fit and finish are top notch and I can't say anything negative about it... well, other than it's not bumperless...

The figure on this is ridiculous, weight is perfect, and glad to put this puppy to use, as soon as I can find the time to make it to a pool hall. Thanks to the gentleman that made this, it has exceeded expectations above any beyond. Communication has been stellar and timeline to deliver was faster than promised.

Guess who converted it for me... Glad to put this journey to rest and enjoy what has come of it.

Sweeeeet!!!

Love the cork wrap.

Scott

Yeah, this is my first cork wrap. I've used them a few times over the years and never had one and thought this would be the perfect cue to put it on.

<-- stoked
<<-- doesn't know why photobucket is flipping around my pictures....

chris

great to see you post again ross.....i am going to guess scott gracio...

Ross,

Congratulations on a successful end to the saga. It looks great. Can I borrow it sometime?

Greg

Love it.....looks to be some very nice work !! No idea, but I'm gonna guess RAT.

RAT all day long... I can tell by the ringwork from across the room.

I am truly glad you got the blank back and you got your cue. I have always wanted a cork wrap. I may have to have another Ross tribute cue made.

I know the journey was not what you expected but the destination looks great.

Thanks for sharing...

I'm not sure who did it ... I would say it had to be a miracle worker based on the backstory. Since Mother Teresa isn't available, I dunno. Please tell us!
Beautiful cue, by the way.

Yup, it's a RAT.... this is now my second from Ryan and nothing but positive reviews from me.

When it was publicized that I was finally getting the blank back and it "couldn't be converted", Ryan pinged me and said to send it to him. 3 months later, here's what we have.

I did tell him to do whatever he wanted as long as it was a hoppe and I think he did the exact opposite of what he knows I like.... wiseass.. ivory, not stainless; g10 not 5x16/14; bumper not bumperless...

Love it.

Just trying to make you a better player....

RAT all day long

Exactly. That's the exact wrap style/color I had on my Carmeli Hoppe, so that plus the G10 pin made me think RAT right away. When I saw the close-up of the rings that sealed the deal :P Beautiful cue and great colors.

Ryan, I REALLY love those ring colors... hah

G10 and Ivory

That cue is gonna be hard to beat the hit of. I have a RC3 with the same combo. It has ruined every other cue i have. Once you start playing with it you will understand. Listen to the sound when you stroke through the q-ball. Its like sweet music.

On a second note i am a Hoppe conversion Nut. I might have to send one off to Ryan. I like his style.

Cheers on a Sweet cue.
