Adapting to the game doesn't have anything to do with the rules. I explained the rules issue in the previous post. Adaptation means investing in the right skills and knowledge and building up your own play style you feel most comfortable with, and then using your own advantages to beat your opponents.

Now you're just making (more) stuff up.

But your rules actually make the game more difficult. Being able to touch the cue ball without moving it being a legal shot creates a impossible never ending situation if 2 player choose to do that back and forth. It doesn't really matter though because you have made up your own rules and now claim that are standard public rules. Why not just take BCA rules and remove BIH (please say you know what BIH is)?

I did read your post and tried to find the section in your guide. I couldn't read through 47 pages of bullshit to find the section in question. Perhaps if you would be so kind as to paste it into this topic we would know what the heck you are talking about.

because if people want to use BCA rules, they already have thousands of books and manuals they can learn from. making one more guide on that subject wouldn't change anything. We offered people something different. If they refuse to play by official rules (which most of them do), they can use this upgraded, most balanced variant of public rules. What we made up was just a few minor changes which don't allow the players to abuse some gaps in most public rules.

That neverending situation you're talking about, TS after TS (tell me you know what TS is :rotflmao1:), also has a solution described in the guide. I noticed most of you tend to critisize different aspects of play presented in our manual before reading all about them. Pretty much every question you asked so far has a well-explained answer in the guide itself.

If you actually read my post, you would notice "Check under "strategies and play styles"". On the front page there's a table of content. It's the final chapter, right before the "conclusion". You shouldn't have troubles finding it

I can only assume this is satire of either pool instruction, bar bangers, or both. It's hilarious. If it's not meant to be tongue in cheek more power to you I guess, but I'll stick with current line of thinking developed over only a few hundred years or so.

Do other forums attract so many idiots like this guy? I mean, do golf forums have some new person every week posting threads about whytheir rules, system, opinion, or whatever is the answer to all of golf's problems?

Thanks for the laughs, hilarious guide. Best part was the tid-bit on chalk:

"After each shot is made, the tip of the stick tends to wear out as time passes. The chalk is used for rubbing the tip in circular motion. In that way you keep it in good shape, which allows you to perform your shots well during the entire match. Despite the fact it's recommended to rub the tip after every shot, you should at least do it after more powerful shots, when giving spin/swerve to the balls, or especially after a failed shot, as those moves damage the surface of the tip the most".

Its like the Onion wrote a guide for pool!

No but maybe I'll start one. Sneak preview: Drives are called Long Ball Smashes(LBS), you should play with wood woods that you rent from the course and pull carts which we will call "Rollalongs" will be mandatory.

This is the funniest thing I have ever read. He had me going for a minute. Is this somebody making fun of the "No Conflict Rules" guy and his "SLOP BREAK!"? Whoever it is they have a lot of time on their hands for a practical joke.

Which one do you like more and why? For those unfamiliar with these strategies, there's a link below. Just check under "Strategies and Play Styles" and read all about them

So I tried to look at your so called "book", but its like reading a foreign language. For example, your layout of the table doesn't have one correct term used by anyone that has ever played the game. Then I read where you call what the whole world of pools knows as a bridge, a "stick attachment" and "auxiliary sticks". Oh,its called a cue by the way, sticks are found in the woods. You're whole fictional literary document is this way, not to mention packed with wrong information.

I truly hope this is some sort of joke, because you purposely went out of your way to rename every object in pool. Its almost quite genius, but to argue with everyone on here makes it just plain dumb. If you are serious, you need to get back on your meds.

I would write more, but you probably wouldn't understand, and besides, my "4-legged ruff machine" needs to go out.

It's either an incredibly thought out and prepared practical joke, or satire really...

...or the OP and his minions are truly naive.

Either way, it's been a fun forum diversion for a few days, while it lasts. And it won't last.

If I knew for sure it was a prank I'd be tempted to rep the guy. It's a whole nother level of stirring the pot.

I just hope we don't have any beginners reading AZ reading that document and taking it seriously. I guess I'll find out if I see someone new in my poolroom taking a run up to the table to hit a shot.

your terminology is ridiculous. Before making up a word for something check to see if it already exists. why in the hell would you call a jump shot an "air-to-ground shot"? It's a jump shot not a missile.

There is no logic with PoolKiller, all of these things and more have been brought out since he first started posting a few weeks ago.

The only thing left to do is put him on ignore, and don't respond to any of his posts and threads.

I agree and see that he's been banned again anyway.

I can only guess, but figure we now know what PocketPoint's been up to since his last ban.

He should get into boxing, because most people don't fight according to the official rules.

I held myself back from mentioning that one ... also if we're going to use butchered missile defense terminology for pool it would be: SAS / ICBM / SCUD shot.
