Been Caught Stealing? Who is this Guy?

This camera is right at around 5'9" to 6'0 in height. It was literally mounted right in front of him.

We have signs and cameras everywhere, as well as a huge monitor displaying it.

Hard to miss.

Someone who will stay unknown will try to help me to load up the original videos.

I played this video and recorded it with a cheap camera, but I think it is enough to show what transpired.

"But-but-but Michael, the video shows Derek 'disappearing' to just underneath the camera, and he was paying for those cues at the cashier stationed underneath (but not visible to) the camera! Gosh, didn't you even make the effort to ask your own cashier?" :p :D

All funnin' aside, thank you for posting this. I was willing to listen to Derek's version of things (I'm open-minded that way), but this video absolutely sets the record straight about that whole "someone else dropped the cues beside me but I got the blame" thing.

Oooo goody, I'll wait for your takedown from the purer members of the forums.

How about it, guys?

Just so you know, I'm starting to like you again. So please stop about the purer members 'this and that' because I know you are referring to me. I just don't think I fully understand your level of genius. I'm a simple country man. I milk cows, plow fields and pick corn. Sometimes your wit and humor are too much for me to comprehend. I apologize.

From now on when I see one of your posts I will think about blue skies and white elephants.

Why, thank you, Mark.

As the late, great Rodney King said, "Why can't we just get along?"

Ok, it feels good to have burried the hatchet.
Now go ahead and make your posts.
I want to know how you feel and so does PT109.

I feel...no think...that this thread demonstrates much about the human condition.

I saw the hatred of thievery and liked that.

I have seen for years the intentional ignorance and/or support of massive thievery and hate that.

I saw the prejudice of guilt before there was evidence for that.

I saw the compassion of some for the victims.

I saw the integrity of some wanting more evidence.

I saw the lies to cover up a crime.

I saw the ol', "He doth protest too much" (to be innocent) being true again.

I saw the pool community come together to bring justice.

I saw the monopoly on violence disregard the victim's wishes in favor of its own agenda.

I saw how ostracism is one of THE most powerful deterrents to crime.

I saw another example of using religion as a tool to hide immorality.

I saw forgiveness.

In the video, it looked like "Little" Gilbert Martinez walked into the booth right behind the scumbag and talked to him for a second.

It's good to see Gilbert has lost as much hair as I have over the years. LOL

Micheal, if you see Gilbert, tell him Paul from San Antonio says hello as he is one of the good guys.

As far as the scumbag, HANG 'EM! Thievery rates right in there with murder as far as I'm concerned.

how embarrassing for the savoie family that not only is he a publicly outed thief, but he is remorseless and huge publicly outed liar as well. They better watch the silverware during his thanksgiving visits.

Anybody with compassion would feel sorry for the kid, I know I do.
Derek could also have multiple personalities, because at times he thinks he is:

  • The Uncle
  • The Boxer
  • The Minister
  • The Linguist
  • The Husband
  • The Actor
  • The Cue Collector

It is also possible that Derek is a kleptomaniac.
I have a friend that I think is a j/p klepto, but I just let it go.
That's compassion & forgiveness, like when I say "Oh, did I inadvertently put my j/p's on your cue?"

Look my name is David Savoie, Derek is my nephew it took me awhile to get him to tell me what happened but I can say for sure he's not proud of the way he acted on here but as far as you wanna be tough guys,
I will say this my nephew is no punk yes he is out of shape and myself and his other uncles tell him that but Derek did box, that is neither here nor there.
I'm on here for Louisiana Tim aka Tim Jerkins, my nephew did not steal and by the way that court date was set for if he WAS guilty he has been cleared and I am asking as politely and christianly as I can for you and those other clowns that took advantage of him to back off.

I live in Jennings Louisiana and I will be more then happy to answer any questions anyone may have.

My nephew will not be ganged up on here or any where else anymore.

If anyone knew Derek they would know he'd do anything for anybody and he is not a thief, yes he does lie at times and I pray that he quits that asap but he does not steal.

I just want him to put this behind him and move on. He will have a support system here for him. But Tim you and I can talk about this anytime my friend or Derek will be more then happy to talk to you. You decide.

Have we heard from the uncle since the video was posted?

LOL
