I don't believe that a cue will warp through shipping travels unless
its coming from the rain-forests of Africa to Iceland. This seems to
be a on going excuse to selling faulty products without getting blood
on there hands.I had a cue shipped to me that took a day to get to me
and had a warp in the joint area, all that was told to me was that
''wood doesn't pick a time or date to move it just does''.Now I was
going to make an issue out of it but I thought f--k it this is going
to get real ugly and I get way to pissed off, so I let it go.
This excuse seems to be the only way the seller can get away with selling
shit and blame it on Mother Nature. You should get a refund and thats that.
If the seller feels it may warp in shipping then he should decline the sale
because it really shouldn't warp unless it's warped already before shipping!!
Goodluck,I know it feels like crap.
