Just to me, from reading, it looks like the guy doesn't like you. Which, in and of itself is interesting, because the guy doesn't know you at all.

However, seeing he doesn't like you, and he knows an amateur like himself can do a perfect job, I would think he'd be anxious to show it off in order to shame you.

I'm sure its just a newbie pic posting problem and I'll be happy top help him out.

I guess you guys know that it;s my table

When I got it everything was beautiful but I found it to be too fast cloth and I still missed balls.
I need to apologize to Mark because I was disappointed,after a week of playing on it
I can sat the fault was all my own,Mark did a great job,

I have owned half a dozen anniversaries and Centennial and this one is by far the nicest one ever.
I was given a choice of finishes and chose this one.

I truly recommend Mark to anyone who wants the perfect playing table

He has another one in his shop that is unspoken for and I have a nice 9 foot Kling
with the loud walnut that i now that I have the perfect table,Mark was going to restore it to perfection
but I am very happy with this one


He also did a great job with the light,he took half a day hanging the light

And here I thought he was just a really really observant guy that learned a lot about people here in a very short time.

Why would a guy take another name in order to flame you? You mean you think he has some mean stuff to say but doesn't want to take responsibility for it? Wow, that seems particularly weak, but I guess anything is possible.

You said you had done your table perfect and I thought you'd want to show off your work and offered to help you with that seeing you are a brand new member and all. You know, show your work, sort of like Mark is doing in this thread?

Just eMail me the pics and I'll post 'em up for you. We all like to see perfect work (as this thread demonstrates).

That wasn't a restoration...
It was a resurrection!

I have been riding Mark for years to post up on AZ in the main forum for several reasons.

(1) no one will ever understand what goes into restoring a pile of junk and turn it into a thing of beauty...if he don't post before and after pictures.

(2) no one will truly know what kind of craftsman he is, if it's all left up to the viewer imagination, so post up.

(3) there are lots of potential customers out here that want their pool tables restored, but don't know who to get in contact with....if he don't post up.

(4) you get more credit for taking an F- pool table and turning it into an A- as the improvement is more noticable...if you post up.

(5) ego's need to be feed, that's the fuel needed to continue on taking on impossible projects, and the fuel to feed that ego comes from posting up, that way you don't feel like what your doing is going to waste, and that you're NOT wasting your time rebuilding these pool tables....so, post up.

I think the hammer finally hit Mark in the head....HE POSTED UP:thumbup:
