If they dont blow the next couple weeks out for free to show they have things figured out I think they are simply nuts. It will cost them almost nothing as thats exactly what they will make on PPV if they don't prove they can do better than tonight.
Working 20 hour days and 137 hour weeks sounds macho but it means someones planning was dogshit. It also means on game day your crew is wore out with four full production days in front of them. They have had gear there for months, you dont need a completed building to work on the backend of a streaming set up. If I was the guy paying the bills I would be beyond hot.
