Maybe I could have brushed up if you didn't cause the thread to be removed. Are you too dense to understand it becomes everyone's business when it gets posted on a public forum? Or does that only matter on threads you start which chronicle a wrong doing to one of your customers?
Bottom line is you admitted, on a public forum, you do not have the bandwidth to handle rail work to rails which are sent to you, which is understandable given your time on the road. What isn't understandable is why you did the exact opposite and robbed someone of their money in the process. To top it off, the guy had to fly across the continent to get your attention. It's mind numbing how some people choose to run a business. You are no better than that crack pot who sent your customer a Frankenstein Gold Crown. At least she received something for her money.
I don't know RKC. He's never done any work for me and I can't say I've ever even seen any of his work. He does seem to have a bit of an attitude, but I'll reserve judgement until such time that we should ever meet. One question I have for everyone else though, why is his rep still all green? or am I missing something?

Why would I care what "ex" you are? You must be "ex" for a reason. Wash out? In any case, thanks for your ex service, come to Denver and I'll get your first round, but don't think for even a second that you can intimidate me. I also recall another thread where someone complained and was wanting their rails back,
by these threads just getting removed it only hurts the forum members.
The members deserve to be able to find truth good or bad when looking for
someone to do work on their tables.
I hope the owners take a look at this before this thread is removed.

Short memory then. Wasn't that long ago that we were reading another thread in your honor re the same thing. I think anyone reading Glen's above statement will know how much of a lie that is.
I doubt any of us would report that thread so it must have been from one of Glen's associates.
Having a thread deleted doesn't delete the fact that Glen ripped a customer off for $1300.00 and caused him a considerable amount of both time and expense in travel and to have the rails shipped to someone that actually knows what they are doing.
What is really sad is when Glen's integrity is questioned, then the foul language starts.
Oh well, this will be probably hinder Glen's ability to post table repair pictures and get his ego stroked by having everyone ooooh and awww over them.
Most likely save AZB a ton of band width in the future.
Mark, after I posted re the GC rails from the Metro in Edmonton Alberta and 2 home tables that you did, part of Glen's answer to me was that, "I have to hear how much Mark charges for his work".
The price that was charged wasn't in the equation, just how great the tables played after.
Probably how he talks about you behind your back or even worse. If you are associated with Glen in any form, I would watch my back.

Unless everyone stops using him, it for sure will not be the last one! The snake has no morals or sense of right and wrong. He has a god complex when it comes to working on a pool table, but there are lots of people just as good as he is. He will never answer a direct question, but no con man ever does.
It's probably too late now, I doubt anyone on the forum would use him to setup a table.
