In a game where I was playing 12/7 I broke and made a ball on the break then ran eleven more. He said to keep shooting and then I ran the remaining three balls.
On the next game I again made a ball on the break and then ran 13 more for a total of 29 balls continuously. To me the amazing part was making a ball on the break in back to back games.
(this isn't that difficult for champion players, especially if they........

I think C.J. Wiley ran 87 balls once and actually had the good fortune to have someone record it for posterity...or was it 29 balls? Can't never tell with CJ.

In 2010, I ran 11 and out on the owner's son of Ultimate Billiards in Ft. Pierce, FL! He told me to try and run the other 4, I did, for a total of 15! The son's name was Mike Mallon, pretty good young player for central Florida.

It was 29 Balls in a row and I didn't break the third rack.....this was on video, I've ran over 40 practicing.

I actually had to run 10 for this particular spot / match-up. But after my opponent sold out badly after the break, I'd run the 10, looked over at my opponent, who said, "hey, just for grins, try running the rest." And I did.
It's my best single-game one pocket run in an actual game -- all 15 balls without spotting. (I'd done it in practice with a gaff break, but that was the first time in an actual game using the traditional one pocket break.)

I was practicing straight pool a few months back, as I was running out, I got on my break ball nicely. After pocketing the break ball and opening the rack, I started pocketing balls. After 6 balls in the same hole, I tried to get the whole rack into one hole! I finished that rack and broke the balls and got 8 more! So I guess I've got a 22! But I don't remember what I did the rack previous to starting it! I think I did pocket a couple but I never could remember, so I stand at 22!
It was a total freak, but it was a lot of fun! Although the miss I'll never forget! A simple bank shot, had to pound it a bit to get real good position to get a few more,,,, I rattled it!

When I was a teenager I read the rules to one pocket and a friend and I decided to try it. I mainly played 8 ball at the time, so I was pretty good at making a ball on the break in the corner pocket, so I broke and ran the first game of one pocket I ever played. I no longer gamble so I never had a reason to run over 8 balls which I have done many times.

Nice runs, but those would be considered "gaff" breaks (i.e. not a typical game-opening one pocket break).
Allen Hopkins (and CJ, in his nearly-two-racks video) use a gaff break when going for one pocket "runs" like this, but that's not what you'd do in a typical game.
Methinks the OP is asking for what one did in an actual game, against an actual opponent.
