If you have a push and the runout is difficult, but a money ball is sitting in the pocket, the choice should be easy, you call push and shoot in the money ball.
If it's the nineball it gets spotted. If it's another ball that you are spotting to the opponent, it should be discussed whether or not out of turn money balls get spotted up or not before play starts, if play starts without discussing it, it should be spotted on a pushout only but not any time it is made in play.
If I made my opponents money ball after calling push and he went to grab the cb. I'd say, WTF are you doing and I'd stop him right there. A push can hit any ball or no ball and make any ball or no ball with the opponents option to take it as it lays or pass it back to the pusher.
