Just a little bump - to explain my position.

It can be taken to mean that way, but considering the vague wording and carefully chosen phrasing, I expect that it meant something more along the lines of "We will replace cue balls if there aren't too many claims, but once it becomes uneconomical, we can still fall back on the 'not obvious flaw' statement to deny claims and cut our losses." The Apple-esque refusal to even acknowledge that there is a problem also doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
What's the over/under on the amount of balls Mark G/CSI receives? I'm thinking it's gonna be very few,if any.
LOU the CSI shill, a person who has never seen, or ever will see any thing that CSI does or is involved with as wrong or flawed.
Make sure to put a lot of stock in what he says. Give me a break Lou you're like a puppy that follows CSI around wagging it's tail.
Good Boy Lou ! Go lay down.
Like any other product on the market, sometimes a bad batch passes by
Quality Control. That is why auto manufacturers have factory recalls.
Perhaps of the balls that get returned to Mark he will be able to trace
their respective "in service dates" and then be able to offer recalls on
the ball sets sold between "xx-xx-xxxx" and "zz-zz-zzzz"
However he will never be able to do this if you don't get off your azz
and turn your balls in.
Oh my, I missed the one time you were critical, how could I do that ?
"I don't want to speak for Mark", Really Lou, did you really just say that ? LOL.
Good one !!! I don't want to breath, but I do it all the time too, so I'll forgive you.
More spin from Lou :grin-square:
Go find your ball, puppy dog
I am currently at the Western BCA in Lincoln City. They have 80 tables set up with Cyclop balls. I have not seen or heard of any complaints about the balls. I have been playing yearly in this event and never heard of any experiencing problems with the balls since they started using them.LOU the CSI shill, ...Snip........
I see TROLL LOU says nothing about the video link here --------> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ET8NTAZTk0s
Where at about 47:15 Corey misses the whole ball he is shooting at and both he and Busty make gestures as to the cue ball rolling way off.

Seems like the shrill voices in this thread are coming from people with little or no experience with the Cyclop balls.
I like the balls and to have them personally guaranteed by Mark makes it a no brainer for me to buy a set.
Cyclop balls on Diamond tables is a great game.
