Spidey,
You need to let this go and stop living in the past.
Concerning whether or not I have a clue concerning 3D perception, or how critical it is to have proper visual alignment, or how visual alignment can affect the perception of a shot, I will let people judge for themselves by looking at all of my info, videos, and articles on the
eyes and vision resource page.
Concerning using 2D drawings to illustrate complicated 3D effects, it is clear you have something to learn in this regard. Often, appropriate 2D illustrations can explain everything that is going on in 3D (if done properly). For example, with a cut shot, there is only one line that goes through both the center of the CB and the outer edge of an OB (the CTEL). It doesn't matter if you illustrate or visualize this line in 2D or 3D ... it is still the same line. Now, where you place your head relative to this line (or any other line, for example an aiming line) can change your perception of that line (per my
vision center information). This effect can also be illustrated either in 2D (as shown in some of my articles) or in 3D.
BTW, please don't try to engage me in any old topic from the past ... those rotten horses have already been beaten to death countless times.
I just thought I should point out some of your inaccuracies, since you called me out (and tried to insult me) by name multiple times recently.
Catch you later (when something substantive and interesting is being discussed),
Dave
