Just ran 122 in his Red Shoes League match today. Scratched on 123.

Won his match 125-0 against John Armellino.

I suspect he will get high run prize of $300 this session like he did a few years ago when he ran 167.

Congrats to Ike. I wonder if he is playing in the qualifier next Saturday.

That's great. I always thought of Ike as a 1 pocket player....

Ken

He certainly is, but he joined the straight pool league a few years ago cuz everyone else was getting in it,( Bobby Hunter, Tom Karabatsos, John Rawski, Eric Hincks) and he has taken to it fairly well.

It was not being recorded. I was at work and it seems that I am the only one recording these days.

Nice run. I remember somebody asking Efren why he didn't play much
straight pool. "No money"

Ike can play any game well. It's all balls and a stick to him... Been "learning" from him since his days battling Louis Colquitt at Family Billiards in Glenwood IL. back in the late 70's early 80's....

Love to see Ike in the World's.

I asked him about playing in the qualifier today. He said he could make the qualifier but not the world's. I told him the spot is non transferable so does not make sense to play in the qualifier.

Probably a cost issue.
