that is the thing "sir" the establishment does not have the rules posted for what finnegan was part of the rules & that game
which is the reason why the poster of this thread is angry, as should anyone. Finnegan just did what he wanted to control the winner to as much a degree as he could, he is very bad an has no moral integrity if this is true.
That is my complaint with this situation, the establishment is letting one person who has a lot of pull appearently, to call the shots of the tournaments..."if....if that is the game winnigs are going to a nonlocal player" which is what this scenario is.
Its very misleading to all particapents especially the
"non-locals" what is going to happen when they spend their hard earned dollars to hopefully have a chance at winning a big pot. $1,800.00 is nothing to sneeze at "imo" just like $180 is nothing to just throw away or dismiss.
I had an inncident with my local wal-mart, here on march 29th when they tried to basically steal $200.00 from me when i got a money order that day. I did lose out on $100.00 but i am in the process of writing an discussing the matter with the area manager of the wal-mart for this area an the area managers boss.
The reason i left with them still having a cash register draw $100.00 long an myself being short that exact same amount. Is very simple it was obvious that day i was not going to recover it that day and if i had stayed any longer, it would have ended with me in jail an the manager laughing his way back to whatever it was he was doing before i created a major inconvience in his work day
So it is a 10 ball break and run competition,,, they rack all 15 balls.
The players breaks and makes the 13 (for example). They inform them that they can't keep shooting.
You walk out figuring you got screwed by one person with an agenda... And you don't even ask the person you gave your winning ticket to for an explanation.
Does this rule need to be posted?
Seems pretty obvious to me.
