How Would YOU Play It?

.......
...but if you play it, you're probably not betting very much money.

Lets see it was 53 - 0 ( I had 0 ) for a "Benjamin" a game... Eh, you're probably right, I guess I could have played for more...

And POCKETED IT ;)

Both the ball and the Benjamin :)

Skins ------- plays the "bank" all the time

:bow-down:
You got balls, sir.....but I'm still not playing the shot.

I'm calling it the third best option.

You can try all kinds of crazy heroic stuff if you're just banging balls with your buddies.

If there is any meaning to this game whatsoever, only a fool would not play the easy safety to the short rail behind the 8 and 10. The idea of banking this ball to get easy shape on the seven is not a winning mentality. Not over time.

I disagree. 0 pro players are playing safe from there.

Fewer than 1/25 are playing a bank from ther, I will admit.

You're probably right BUT as PJ stated, this shot IS a gimme AND the best option for those who can stroke it correctly IMO. I've made it before this and I'd shoot I again in a similar situation for any amount on the line.

Skins ------------- isn't afraid

A fun way to play the 6 is one rail in the opposite side pocket with inside spin (and near stun). The slight cut angle and firm speed caroms the CB to the left toward the 7. I'll leave the rest to others.

That's what I would do. But then again it depends on Game count. I I am down I may play the higher percentage shot. Never know when that tit will get in the way.

I honestly think the 3 rail position shot is a higher percentage play compared to banking the 6b.

I'm going 3 -4 rails on this layout every time. It doesn't look hard to go through the 10 - 11 gap (cheating the pocket as much as poss to the left helps miss the 11) and the cue ball path takes it underneath the 12b.

It appears to be a perfect pathway to a 7b played into the lower left corner.

At the end of the day we have to shoot what we're most comfortable with.

For me, I'm putting about a 65% success rate on the bank and maybe close to 80% on the 3-4 rail cue ball position play.

best,

Since we are talking fantasy type shots, bank the 6 to the bottom left corner with extreme low right. CB draws between the 10/8 to the end rail, where the right hand spin carries you two out of the corner, between the rail and 12 ball...... down for perfect position on the 7.

Yep, thats what I would do..........
