Hello, I'm not sure if this is the right place to post. However recently I made a purchase on here by the name "Marc". I purchased a Lomax 3 piece jump cue from him and before I paid I asked the condition and does it roll straight he PM that it rolled straight and is in good condition. I received the cue rolled it across the table and I would say it's about 2 1/2 credit card roll out , the tip is almost lifting from the table. Also there are dings everywhere and a few really bad chips in the clear coat also dings in the shaft. I contacted Marc and was told I was not in the right and there is nothing wrong with the cue. Posted pics and waited a few days because he said he was on the road playing. I paid via PayPal gift so I cannot dispute the transaction and this is my first issue here on AZ. My question is am I screwed or is there something I can do to get my money back.? I have PM Marc several times and keep getting the same response. "There's nothing wrong with the cue and I cannot ship it back".
