need someone fairly knowledgeable to check it out

really not too technical,it only has 500 miles

I was gonna mention that justinb386 lives in Jeffersonville, about 100 miles south of Indy, but I decided that his interest probably only lies in pool cues. Please forgive me !!!

I am a Corvette guy, but would would help on Shelby.

A Shelby what? Cobra, Mustang or something else? Pictures would help. Be advised there are lots of reproductions and aftermarket kits out there. I might be able to help with some more info.

Lol, you are so funny. Yeah, I do not know anything about cars, and never drove, or had a drivers licence either.

I love classic muscle cars though. Love going to car shows, to see them.

I live in Canada but would happily go and check it out for you if you are ok with me driving it to your place, would probably only cost you a set of back tires and a clutch.

I am not a Private Detective, but I will go out on a limb here and make a deduction that the car is late model.

Mr. Dean indicated that the car had 500 miles on it...

Now, if we are talking about a late 60's original Shelby then the OP has some serious deep pockets and would be a serious Pony car collector. Which of course, is totally possible.
