See, that's the problem when you "hear" things. The accuser had no physical marks on him despite claiming to have been headbutted. He refused a medical examination. The witnesses stated that they saw no physical altercation. The witness who was two feet away stated that there was no physical altercation. No charges were pressed and the police never even came to see me. I went to the police station unbidden and filed my report and when the detective called me about a month later she was dismissive of the accuser's "story" and simply asked me to tell my side which I did and that was the end of it.
Eric threatened me, not the other way around. I never once threatened him with any sort of physical violence. He, however flat out lied claiming I called him a chink and then said his wife asked him what that meant. In my opinion that's likely to be two lies, one I know for sure because I never would use that word against someone and the other because even though I doubt very much that an adult married to an asian man didn't know that chink is a slur used against asians I am positive she wouldn't have asked about it because it wasn't said by me in the first place. And in that instance there were two witnesses to the whole scene. They were there because I told them I was going to call Eric out in person to play a money match and I did. That's when he threatened to beat me up in the parking lot. That was only one of the times he threatened me.
So that's the ACTUAL record of events. Thanks for asking.
Well, I don’t know about the first instance but I was an eye witness, along with others, who saw you pick up two pool balls when you incited Eric at Sandcastle, so I’ll have to call BS on that one.
