CTE and a 2x1 Surface Explored

Pretty easy really. You haven't posted one valid thing concerning CTE. And i'm betting you have no idea how to perform CTE shots.
Still wrong. I believe it is you on rhetoric and drivel. For that matter what qualifies you to dictate on pool nevermind CTE? With you guises tack I often wonder if you all started out as lost pool junkies and and went with the CTE sales gig.

cookie, could you explain why the red and yellow ball shots work on the upper corner pocket but won't work on the lower corner?

LMAO. This forum attracts all kinds.

I've given you my results already. But it was your experiment or theory whichever you want to call it, so what results did you get when actually testing it out?
Yes if recall your results were something like ''It didn't work so shut up." Not very compelling.

You are not catching on that shooting into the lower corner pocket is no different from shooting into the upper corner so I find it doubtful that you actually did any test.

No my results were, and i posted them earlier in this thread, that the shots to the right would hit about a diamond up the rail. It wasn't what you wanted to hear so you actually asked my if i could "fudge" the CTE perception to get the results you wanted.

Now you accuse me of lying and not actually doing the test. That makes you a freaking idiot in my book.

By the way, in your little laser video in Morht's thread you are doing things wrong, but i'll let Morht handle that.

I don't recall you saying anything other than "I tried it and it didn't work, period." I'll go back and look to see what you actually did, but I have a feeling you did not describe it. If the ball is hitting too far up the rail then you are doing things wrong, but let's first see if we can figure out what you actually did and then mohrt can go over it with you.

I wouldn't bother questioning the 2x1 surface until you can proficiently execute CTE on the normal 2x1 playing surface. If you can't even get that far, why bother? It's like trying to prove pythagorean theorem without learning math first.

If you go back and read my original post I said it was a thought experiment and it was a question put to the CTE users. It is a study in logic as well. Why won't the shot go in the bottom pocket with a different perception, maybe ETB or ETC, if it goes in the upper pocket with ETA?

So the guy that knows nothing about CTE is telling a well schooled proficient user of CTE that he's doing things wrong. Where's the logic in that statement.

Ah.. it's a trick, a trap! They won't go into the lower corner pocket because you cut that side of the table off and those pockets are gone. Lol. Good one.

Look at it this way. I'm asking you guys whether CTE works on a table that is not 2x1. So far the answers I've gotten from the expert CTE users are "not sure," "probably," "maybe for some shots and not for others," and from you "no." Meanwhile, the 2x1 dimension is so fundamental to why CTE is supposed to work that Stan put a diagram of it on the cover of his book.

I was being sarcastic because if you just use a little logic you will see that shooting into the lower corner is no different from the upper corner.

lol. You got me! I was wondering why the balls kept falling on the floor.

Becauuuuuuuse, he's making a big deal about some of us and when asked who he was he said google him.

Google brought up his other worldliness. And taking a peek at his posts took a couple of minutes -- he only has three pages of posts.

When was the last time any of you guys played on a table that was not 2x1? When’s the last time you seen a table that was not 2x1
When was the last time you measured the playing surface to be dead 50 by 100 inches ?
Almost all Gold Crown 1 and II now have discrepancy due to change of rubber .
Who knows about all bar boxes ? They can all over the place .
When was the last time you put a cue ball between two balls and placed a triangle racker on top of them to see if the cue ball is the same size .
Did that many times and found out the cue ball is almost always smaller than the play balls at my local hall.

My comment about three pages of posts had nothing to do with credibility, it was addressing the short time it took me to look at your posting history after CM made it sound like it took me any time at all.

Please try and keep up.
