Christoph Reintjes had to drop due to a COVID contact notification, and so forfeits to Kelly Fisher. That puts Kelly in the final 64.

The Filler-Lutsker should be on TV table. Now 5-5
Won't be surprised if we see big upset cos so far no big upset in group stages yet.

I really enjoy Niels in the commentary booth. World class insight, not overly critical, notes good and bad luck, bad decisions, good decisions, when you did the best you could with what you had, doesn't over do it, etc.

Only around a dozen contenders in last 64 (around 20% of field). SVB and Gorst in opposite halves of bracket. How far SVB and Gorst go depends on which half of draw Filler/Shaw/Mario He/ Albin are drawn into

Niels's accent is so interesting to me. At times he almost sounds like he has a Southern drawl.

Matccroom.com 'Live scores' well over an hour behind. 16 Tables and they just cant get the results up!

Another win for the ladies.
Veronica I won her match hill hill and join Jasmin and Kelly in last 64

No question that the best commentary team we've had so far was Feijen/Lely. The worst was Yates/Tkach.
I also like Lely for much of the same reasons. At times it seems like they are commiserating with the players, expressing empathy about the pressures of competing and acknowledging the human element of the game without letting it compromise the analysis (or the need to constantly fill the air). Their analysis reminds of Rempe's commentary, sparing as it was - he always seemed to be able to mention excellent available options without always trying to predict what's next.
