I did not think u would care to discuss the rack 23 in j.s latest corrupt video fiasco bruce, try answering the question I asked u the first time - before deflecting my question. A # of high profile people (what a joke). I have already stated my theory about Shaw's no high run rules, so try reading before posting words - in the dark. U would make a good 'politician' similar to j.s's business partner' charlie williams. U are now even answering ur own questions - probly a by-product of supporting fake news.

Yes, there is unedited video of my 351. I sold many copies of it here on az and all over the world. Don't u dare compare me to j.s./c.w./bca - I ain't a coward tryin to steal records and or use the names from past Champions. I would never report a top run to public without offering proof to Open Public in the form of unedited video for sale to public (genuine). John,charlie,and bca have really shown tru colors of corruption. If yer going to try and deflect from why bca/j.s/c.w never released their mystery 626 tape - u will have to do better than that. I shipped the 351 all over the world, in fact sold many copies of the 25 racks -without a miss in Germany.

I will agree that u are silly for accepting and promoting emotional evidence as if it were factual evidence. Also fer sumbody who does not play 14.1 - u sure have made many posts on this thread? Yer opinion has low value to me - but u may reply if u so choose. If u do reply - again I am curious what u thought bout rack 23? It seemed to me that the spot got a bit crowded, schmidt actually enjoys cheating and or hiding - a true mark of a Coward.

The drama started when the cancel culture decided to arbitrarily try and erase Mosconi's 67yr old record in 14.1 - without offering public verifiable proof. See u in funny paper section. Do u enjoy telling lie's? I practice 14.1 avidly, try telling the truth - it might make ur day better.

Fact based data has little to do with 'if u were there or were not' If the claim were true they would have offered a signed copy of the video to all who went to their little theatre show, Willie Mosconi and Brunswick team never stated that they had caught the 526 on video camera, c.w./bca/j.s. ARE making that claim - but choose to hide the evidence. A business that does not show their numbers - is a racket. Rick rack rickity rack - see the 626 train of corruption roll down the track.

Has Danny or his alter ego ever explained why Charlie Williams is involved in all of this? Every post lumps John, Charlie, and the BCA all together.

New pool generation? Laughable.

The only real changes in pool have been from a time when gambling ruled to one where tournament play is king.

Neither was borne of rejection of convention by noble dissenters.

You put words together but they don't make sense...as though you regurgitate some kind of spoonfed childish mantra but can't comprehend its appropriate placement. hmmm...
 
I know people have questioned whether the current person posting as Dan Harriman is the same Dan Harriman who used to play 14.1. If it is, his literacy and coherence seems to have declined, and now there's that issue where spittle flies whenever he talks, but one of my favourite Harriman post is this oldie:

Hello fellow 14.1 enthusiasts, I just thought I would share with someone that last night I ran a 156. A few weeks ago I ran a 200 and caught it on tape however it was ugly as I had many difficult shots. Last night's run was smooth, the equip. I'm playing on is an early 1900's Brunswick ball return table, it has a few squirly' spots in the slate due to the age factor but besides that the table is in fine shape. The cushions are K66 and the cloth is not brand new, I might add also that this table is in a basement which makes it more difficult to disperse the rack due to humidity. Someone on this forum is allway's referring to that perfect 14.1 run (Steve Lipsky) well I realize that it is nothing like John Shmidt's 246, I have ran over 200 many times but never before did it look as easy as this particular run. I have watched John's recording of his run and he makes it look easy, what a great champion he is. I thought maybe I will make a commentary of my little 156 if anyone would be interested pM me back and I might get a hacker to show me how to display it here on the computer.

That posting by Danny was before he caught Schmidt putting silicone on the cue ball after he scratched and handing the cue ball back to Danny. After Schmidt got caught cheating and sharking Danny there were no more kind words. A few other players have also been giving the greased up cueball from Schmidt including myself. Also with the video clips that have recently been found where Schmidt racked the balls high a few other clips where he racked them tilted and a few others where he touched balls and kept shooting as he doesn't consider touching balls a foul is the reasons this thread will always stay around because the 626 run needs to be reviewed by the public to look for infractions and to see how easy the table played and to see unedited. 3 people saw the so called unedited video and 2 of them don't even play pool and the other person in his 70s said the video is shot from a far distance so it would take video experts to enlarge the video to view it properly. Until then the 626 run is horseshit and fake and if Schmidt releases the unedited video and it passes to be legit I will be the 1st person to agree it's legit but until then it is now proven John Schmidt is a 100% Cheater and all his runs are 100% bogus. Jayson Shaw has the only legit run over 400 on video period.

Just 1 Dan - be glad of it, as I think yer 1 of the nervous crooks tryin to spoon feed public into believing in the lie's being promoted from the cancel culture/woke. Those who are tryin to prove there is a run of 626 caught on tape - and not producing any solid evidence to verify the claim - should be nervous - just like u sir or mam or whatever bar code # u choose to rep urself - in avatar. I don't practice 14.1 avidly? Lol, ur similar to yer pal j.s in that y'all both enjoy telling lies to the public - oops caught u again. Ask yer pal j.s. and bca praductions' if I play 14.1 - he might lie - but the last TAR match where we went to 400 pts - well lets say it did no go well for him.

It's interesting how his old post has a few Harrimanisms and grammar quirks - "it has a few squirly' spots", "maybe I will make a commentary of my little 156", "Your's truly" - but now his posts are complete gibberish. All "yer" and "u", weird abbreviations, (intentionally?) misplaced apostrophes, the same conspiracy statements and references over and over again to fake news, Charlie, the BCA, crooks, etc. Kind of like Sarah Palin talking like a normal person when she was Governor of Alaska but then turning into a caraciture of herself after the VP nomination.
 
I competed in Charlie Williams dragon promo 14.1 event for many years, Charlie advertised the event as if it were a World Championship tournament - it was not. The WPA did not sanction his event, the cost of catering service for players banquet at Steinway (where the last of charlie's 14.1 were held) had to add up. I say Charlie had a hidden hand in promoting the first 526 cue, this is how he got his foot in the door to try and erase Mosconi's 526. I see no fault in c.w. portraying a photo of schmidt next to Mosconi, but to Claim or share news to public - that he and cowardly john caught a 626 on camera and or suggest that he is a new world record holder - requires more than here say evidence. I think c.w. just wanted sum monetary return he had lost on hosting his the 14.1 - that was clearly not officially sanctioned from WPA. So the two major errors that c.w has made are 1) falsely claiming his event as a World Championship title 2) claiming that his pal j.s. caught a 626 in 14.1 on camera. These are both lie's from dragon promotions, as for the pool room owner there in monterey, cali - he stated that he knew j.s. would not be able to accomplish the goal of surpassing Mosconi's 526 - on his own - and that he would need help? Well truth be told - if u have the talent to run 37 racks - and have a camera with ample recording time - that is all u truly need - besides honest eyes, solid cue - with good tip, and smooth stroke. A teem' of fake news collaborators is not needed nor is it appreciated.
As with chamberlain's/shaw 669 or 714 well I would say they were just apart of a clean up crew for the 626 corruption, but when stories change - of what actually transpired (669 or 714) so too do opinion's. I give much more validity to Shaw's two runs than I do c.w. and j.s draggin promo claims.

Dan talks a lot sense. The only records that should count are in competition or with a live ref.

If recordings are allowed for records, then open the floodgates for other records via recording submission.

U might want to skip comparing me to sara palin, but of course u are 1 of those who has had to erase many of yer prior posts, now u too are asking where is the 626 tape. It takes the slower people like u uh little time to catch the truth train. All yer rubbish has nothing to do with why in the beginning of this thread u tried to defend those who were hiding the tape and verbally attack those who just wanted to see the unedited 626. Seems u have changed yer mind - similar to many women I have met in de past. This is not to state that all Women change their minds constantly - maybe u are of female gender - just a guess.
