I know JS, I have his number in my phone. That’s the answer to your first question.
I won’t call him on this matter as it’s not my biz, and if I did know the reason I’d respect him and not make whatever reason he might have public. I don’t put other peoples biz in the street. Which is why I’m trusted in pool. I know lots about lots and unless I have permission I never tell.
Other side of the coin, I know Danny to a lesser extent, I’d afford him the same respect. I wouldn’t put any of his biz in the street. I have zero beef with him and don’t want any. Danny’s cool with me.
Putting myself in a bad spot with either of the guys here isn’t my style. So I keep my nose out of their biz. And I keep my respect and reputation good. I don’t need troubles with anyone. And they both have been good to me.
My opinion I will state as it’s just mine and counts for nothing. I don’t have a “side” in this thing, or Shaw’s 714. What I don’t understand is why since Shaw 714 it hasn’t been released?. I don’t understand but I’m not going to stick my nose where it doesn’t belong. Or make a suggestion on what to do with it.
These guys biz is their’s and everyone has their reasons. No judgment from me. Maybe there’s a good reason.

That doesn't automatically imply guilt, but most people act on perception.
I act on facts supported by evidence.
It also depends how much he cares these days.
Maybe too much drama and at his point in life, he can't be bothered anymore.

I lived behind a Vets office and we always had something to barbecue.
It was not that long ago where I defeated him at Queens tournament js acted real nervous, talkin to crowd - while playing terribly - it looked as if he were taking speed? At least I am not one for making excuses, u mentioned yo family as an excuse or reason for u not devoting the time it takes - to being a great player. u really should not put that charge on them - good for u to have a happy family that is all fine and dandy, but as i stated to u before - many top players have had family's of their own. I never claimed to be the best - but I see u try real hard to misdirect the topic at hand and divert the thread back towards me. that seems to be a common theme from those who ask the public to accept the 626 emotional evidence - that has been advertised. I'm about contributions - I help local players Pocket Billiard Lessons (top instructor here) to play better and am very active in 3 cushion - so I do contribute and or give back. As many other sensible AZ members - I choose to see evidence of the 626 run. If u think that makes me a conspiracy theorist, u'r either incredibly inept or just a plain corrupt individual. When we are talking about a 68yr running World Record - it is lunacy to think that the Open Public would believe there is a legit 626 tape after this many years of them not sharing the run in disc form - for sale to Open Public. If u wanna make excuses 4 yerself - that is on u, don't try and make an excuse for why js and charlie williams have tried to steal Mosconi's Record - unless u have an edited 626 tape to sell - u don't as it does not exist. If u r plannin on having mo kids - i would consult the cdc or who, as there could be side affects.
