US Open 9B October, 2022 -- Atlantic City

At this level of pool it's bound to happen. All a great player needs is the balls breaking well and one or two rolls and it could easily be 10-0, 10-1, etc.
Yup! Looks like Kaci's figured out the right break from the new box.

This is why single elimination rounds, combined with short races, is such a pernicious concept at this level.

Agreed, but it seems like Filler almost always avoids it and can convert a single opportunity into an advantage. It takes the other guy keeping him in his chair to truly deliver a beatdown.

What a crazy 9 ball for Konrad and Biado. Konrad misses the nine, Biado pockets it but scratches in the same pocket. Fun little match.

Does anyone know what seemed to be a heated exchange between Kazakis n Marc ?
Cant see clearly as it not a tv table but it appeas that Marc refused to shake Kazakis hand n ignore him after kazakis offered the handshake
Marc did shake the ref hands tho while facing away
Looks like bad sportsmanship

I figure I can at least track results by checking the brackets from time to time.
