Predator Ohio open 19-22 oct STACKED field

Nice timing, thanks for the post! I'm traveling to Columbus on the 19th for work for a few days, this looks to be maybe 75 minutes from my hotel.

The link won't open for me, just keeps spinning. Anyone know details about the venue, is there a spectator fee to get in to watch?

Here are the top FargoRate players. Wow.

Last year there was no entry fee. There is plenty of access to the players and tables for viewing... certainly worth the trip if you have free time.

duang quoc is probably also not fargo 835

although vietnam may become a strong pool country in a couple of years. like spain it's mainly billiards territory, but carom rooms have pool tables too
Dương Quốc Hoàng is rated at 799 with about 1200 robustness, so, yeah, not 835.

According to a bio I found online, he seems to have not played any carom. He is currently the top (pool) player in Vietnam.

The real wow is the pool schedule. In the period October 5 to November 5, a fully committed top pro can play in the Sandcastle Open, the US Open, the Ohio Open, the American 14.1, the International 10-ball and the International 9-ball.

This is how I have always dreamt it would be. Much money to be made.

Hang-the-9, Howdy;

If your driving, it's to your Right get off a the next exit past the truck scales going South on I-71.

Depends on where you start from in Columbus as to how long. Think in the 2 hour frame + or -
a few...

Roberts Center is about 50 minutes from downtown Columbus. The event is in a largest banquet area along with the BCA state pool tournament. I don’t believe there is a cost to watch and the players should be easily accessible. Plenty of restaurants in Wilmington only a couple miles away.

Works OK for me. Here is the map:

It was not working due to being on work network, something was being blocked.

Looks like without traffic it's just under 1:10 without traffic to get there from my hotel, so not too bad. I'm doing work Th and Friday during the day, will head there at least one evening then and should be free Sat all day to get to the last day.

That is very cool and I would be interested to know if there are any players attending every one of these.
