To be clear in 2009 there was no WPA sanctioned 14.1 tournament.

There were 14.1 tournaments that year but do any of them deserve to be called a world championship without the WPA sanctioning.

This is a legal gray area because prior to WPA sanctioning, World Champions were not sanctioned. This creates a paradigm where world champion is defined by the WPA versus world champion defined by a privately held company.

How can today's player salvage this legal singularity? I propose years without WPA sanctioned events, can have world champions according to player organizations.

Which group held more authority in 2009? Player organizations are entitled to those rights in the absence of sanctioning because they are more likely to survive than the event organizations or organizers.

This has been explained to you more than a few times dude. Let it go. He wasn't a world champ in 2009 and he won't be ever.

This is important to another project I am working on. Suppose Group A owns and operates a pool room in Town A, all paperwork checks out. Then Group B comes to Town takes the pool room and modifies pool records.

Group A knows the truth but Group B controls the authority that decides which records are valid.

Danny has table issues so all action has to be face to face in the same place. The action will be in actual matches not high run attempts but we can add that for another 10k minimum and bet as much as can be staked.
