Dr Dave for BCA HOF

SJM was a major part of why the WPBA thrived, as a constant sponsor, and Jennifer Barreta cites SJM as a coach/mentor. Probably not enough, but just wanted to add that to Stu’s CV as I don’t think he’s going to toot his own horn. There’s probably much more that I don’t know about.
Stu has also served in the past as a member of the board of directors of the WPBA.

Dave will get there. Jewett should already be in.

As much as he has contributed to pool, Byrne books in the earlier days, the more scientific approach to things, etc... he's been even more of an important asset to the sport of three cushion being kept alive in the US for decades.

He never toots his own horn, but guys like Bob are the ones who are deserve the respect for actually caring enough about this sport to contribute their time and energy to keep it alive.
Totally agree

Yes, Bob is and has always been a shining presence in cue sports for many years and would be a great choice for the meritorious service category.

It is a no brainier, I agree...

Couldn't be our blanket agreement is a result of our recency bias?
How were prior contributors like him treated?
Bob byrne is in?
Shamos?
Frankel?

Don't get me wrong, I do love 2 doctors and only one is Dave.
Let me guess, Dr. Feel Good is the other one?

And Bob even posts in the funny pic gif thread once in awhile. He and George are most deserving.

Bob and Dave have disproved many techniques being taught by recognized professionals. Their enlightening influence on our sport has been exponential. They need to be in now.

to be in any hall of fame you have to have stood the test of time. ten years for instance isnt long enough. the sport is timeless.

dr. dave deserves the recognition for what he has done and has mostly received it from all the players.
has he been around long enough. you decide.

bob has been around forever and what he has done cannot be trivialized at all.
and in the same vein jay falls right into that.
both belong there. and both are and were excellent players.
